Agile Occupational Medicine Stockton

Since 2022, I have been a patient, and I have encountered a lack of cooperation. OWCP authorized my FCE over 8 month ago, but Agile has failed to provide an appointment. Agile is mishandling my benefits. They assert that ECOMP is accountable, but Agile should liaise with ECOMP to address the issue. ECOMP reached out to Agile, and now Agile is attributing the blame to the former employee responsible for my FCE appointment. The employee turnover rate is alarming.

I had a workes compensation case for 2 and a half years, and Dr. Benjamin Schanker was my doctor for 10 months. This doctor is a man who studied to make money, not to help patients, he never ordered me a medical examination related to my cervical and lumbar injuries, he did not even order me medicine for pain and muscle contractures because according to him, those medicines had many side effects and I had to put up with pain in my neck and back for the entire time he was seeing me. He tried to make me look crazy, saying that I had a disease called frontotemporal disease, which is the same disease. that the film actor Bruce Willis has, without order me any test where said that I had that disease, he ordered me some therapies called behavioral cognitive therapies, which are for people who have personality disorders, people with alcohol problems, drugs, eating disorders and severe dementia, the therapies would give to me by video call, I wrote to my lawyer and Doctor Schanker that I would refused to take those therapies because I don’t have any of those diseases, I brought him my medical reports and he distorted the results, at the last medical appointment I had with him I told him that the neutral doctor had given me permanent restrictions, he told me that he was going to refer me to the orthopedist, because I had asked him to order me an injection of cortizone that was already approved by the insurance company where I worked, he requested the referred to me see the orthopedist, but he did not give any reason why he was referring me to the Orthopedist, the insurance company called the Agile clinic several times to ask for explanations about the referral, they left voicemails and Agile never returned their calls, I received a letter from the insurance company denying the referral to the orthopedist, because Dr. Benjamin Schanker had not given the reason why I was referring to the orthopedist,. The work statuses are done with such a small font so that people cannot read the horrors they write, I told one of his assistants that those reports could not be read or even printed due to the small letter, I asked her if she could write it in larger font and she said no, the only ones who write in small print are cheaters and criminals, when a person is honest they write in large print so that people can see what they are reading, another thing, he ordered me a test for Lym disease, which is a disease that ticks produce, my health insurance denied y to pay it because the diagnosis he gave was neck pain, my health insurance denied paying for that test, because it said neck pain was not related to Lym's disease, I had to pay $455.00 dollars for that test. This Doctor is a demon, he is not professional, he doesn’t have ethic,so if you have a case of workes comp, do not let Doctor Schanker treat you because he focuses on diseases that patients do not have and he does not order exams related to your injuries, so you will lose your case, because he works for the insurance companies not for the patients.

I went here for a work injury and was under the care of Dr. Schanker. I've heard bad things about workers comp doctors, I never experienced anything negative while working with Dr. Schanker. I always felt listened to and believed. I feel I was given great care by him and his team.

Great place for my treatment I had a cut on my right hand ring finger from work. The Doctor is awesome, very knowledgeable, give me some stitches, 2 week later my cut heal great. He also has a awesome team of medical assistant. Keep up the great work guys.

Was degraded by Dr. Schanker and fat shamed, told me my injuries weren't getting better because I needed to lose weight, I was in a collision while working at Tesla, I was struck by a forklift driver while in my tugger, my back, neck and shoulder are a mess and then they release me from care, without fixing me...

This was a great hospital I was sent by Tesla to see them an I’m glad they did I appreciate the doctors here they took really good care of me an they had real advice rather then just pills there was literally no waiting time every time I came here, I would recommend this place to anyone in Stockton CA
