Can’t believe this I’ve been waiting for two hours and the staff doesn’t even know how to administer physical tests!

Disgruntled employees giving me attitude even when I'm the only one in line. Dr mocking my profession instead of performing a competent physical. They claimed they never got my insurance after showing it 3 times. Avoid this place if you value your health and sanity. EDIT: This review was made before it was Agile Ocupational Medicine.

Multiple appointments here with workers comp. Prepare to lose HOURS or half a day of just waiting. First walk-in, the Dr kept bursting into the room without knocking and then would leave abruptly. Second Dr. would only see me for 5 minutes max and then I'd leave. I've had multiple appointments since the first one and the amount of time waiting is the same with or without an appointment. I'm on Dr. 3 now, appointment at 1:30 and its now 4:25p. Its usually so empty so how is it that they still manage to waste hours of time? As I'm writing this, I can hear my Dr talking to another patient while he left me here to "review results" from my CT scan. It's been half an hour since he went to review them, but I can hear him walking around. He hasn't bothered to give me anything for my pain while I wait and just left me here. This place closes at 5. Edit: HE's sending me home with NOTHING. I had a head injury and thats the reason why I've been coming here and they're sending me home from this appointment with nothing. Update: another appointment and the Dr bursts in without knocking then leaves claiming it was the wrong room, without apologising. I've been here for 2 and a half hours and the people coming in after me are being attended to first. I can't return to work after the appointment because they take so long to attend to someone here.

The make appointments, the Doctor doesn’t show up. Only it says they’re open but have people waiting outside in the cold for Doctors to show up. There wore 5 people waiting on them.

Place is atrocious. I go for a walk-in. Told them my symptoms and that I didn't have covid. They then proceed to state, "We still need to test you!" I was told to wait in my truck. Waited a whole hour to just be called. Then they send someone 20 mins later to my vehicle to swab me. Then proceed to tell me wait and the result will come in and we'll call. I waited another hour and wait to check myself. Then they told me their phones are down. They tell me you're negative but I didn't have Covid from the start. I wanted to be seen for other reasons. Seems like these people only think covid is the problem. After I see the doctor who is really nice. He gives me the week offof work. I am scheduled for a checkup Friday again. I go and they tell me that the doc never showed up. So they told me to go to their other office in in King City

Came here for a work injury. The first visit with Dr. Sapetto went quick and great. My third visit had me waiting 2 hours to see a doctor. If you come here only come for Dr. Sapetto.

Not a good experience Receptionist stated yelling at me I waited 50 min. For a COVID test They had me on the phone waiting for 40min. When someone responded she said that it was already late and that there was no time for the test. That after waiting on the phone 49. Min. I was told that they do not test unless you have simptoms. I told her that I had insurance. She said that it would not cover it. I was asked if I had the $ 70 to pay cash. I do not know how correct all of these is. I do not recommend this clinic. The last time the doctor got upset with me and yelled at me. A few years back.

I'm writing this review while waiting 5+ hours in my car with my 2 children. The office staff is very unprofessional and make it apparent that they do not care about you. Advised it is at the discretion of Dr when my kids will be seen. Asked if we could home and wait because we were advised it would be a 3-4wait, I was told no because if they call and we dont come in we lose our spot. There organization system on how they treat and handle care of patients needs an EXTREME over haul STAT! I should note we have not seen the doctor yet but since they just locked the doors and switched the sign to "closed" doesn't make us feel any better. Office staff is leaving the building and no one has called to advise of anything except that they DO know we are in the car waiting. Unfortunately we are stuck because leaving and driving to the local ER would just put is in contact with more cooties than my kids need to be exposed to!! Pinnacles healthcare needs to do better have a better system to treat pts in a more timely manner
