Agile Occupational Medicine Salinas-Rossi

I’m giving 5 star to this clinic because they have an awesome physician assistant, his name is Mr Ramaswamy. He has a sweet and carrying personality that make us patients feel better every time we visit the clinic and we can trust him with our health problems. I know my heath is his priority. Thank you♥️

Was nervous going in because I had visited when this place was Pinnacle Healthcare plus all the negative reviews. Brought a book and snacks because I expected hours of waiting just to be seen for a pre-employment physical/drug screening. Got checked in, the front desk girls were very nice and professional. Waited in the lobby for 20-30 min while a lady stormed out from one of the rooms for “waiting so long” but when I asked about it they said she’d only been waiting for 20 minutes or so. Sandra in the back was very nice and professional. Physician, Pad, was very quick and professional. I’ve waited hours in the other DoD clinics here in Salinas and was in/out of here in less than 2 hours. I walked out and every other person who came in after me was also already being seen. Not sure where all the negative reviews come from??? Gotta be patient with walk-in clinics, this one is not bad at all. If I need to go to an urgent care in the future I’d make the drive to this one tbh.

I had an appointment today at 915am. I also have a nurse mediator that goes with me. She had another patient with a 10am appt. Her 10am appt was seen and discharged BEFORE me... I didn't get seen until after 11am!!! This place Absolutely NEEDS TO DO BETTER!!! Everytime I go to this clinic I'm there a minimum of 2 hours. The MAs usually have no answer to questions, their phones "dont work". If you call and someone actually answers they send you to a voicemail that doesn't work. They take forever to submit papers for authorizations. I feel very neglected as their patient and I am seriously trying to get my company to change providers. This place should not be open with these kind of problems. If you are given an option DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC!!!

Terrible dr’s office. Have no respect for peoples time. Whats the point of having appointments if I still have to wait an hr and a half in the room without seeing the dr. Like people dont have stuff to do besides wait on the Dr taking his sweet time. I left after an hr and 45 minute wait because i had other things that needed to be done, if inwould of stayed it would of took 3 1/2 hrs to see the dr. They were nonchalant and my appt was at 1 I was there till 3 with me having to get uo and ask how long she say 30 more mints. Guess what? 30 mints went by still haven't been seen. Other people were there before me and was waiting hrs. They unprofessional and I never go back there again. You are suppose to make customer aware that there is a lengthy wait and keep updating you patients. They act high and mighty at these jobs that they can't even handle. So in the end I ended up leaving and i made a appt at the other location. What I don't like that people for are there for employment,sickness and physical therapy that's to much.

I signed at 8:30 not until 2hours and 55 min of waiting and seeing the room fill up my clear 2 times after lying to me that the wait time was due to my insurance being wrong on paper I was seen by nurse padmanabhan ramaswamy who basically down played my pain so if your looking for below average care and below average nurse help come down to agile in rossi st. Salinas CA. Was discharged after 4 hours with about 20min of actual talking to someone. 1 Great part time worker and 1older women from X-rays was awesome 👍. Upon checking sign out papers they lied about my check in time being 10:22a.m. when I walked and handed papers at 8:32 a.m. and wasn't seen by anyone till 11:55a.m. by the nurse dude wow just wow now I got to explain to my work why I wasn't there upon opening time at agile when I was because your trying to hide your ridiculously large wait times ...

Overall great experience with all staff and doctors. Dr. Padmanabhan Ramaswamy PA-C and Dr. Timothy Dockman were very informative and listen to my needs and problems. Best experience I’ve had since being in the Salinas area.

This is the second time I’ve had to wait ridiculous amount of time !! First time was 4 hours with an appointment and now it’s been an hour and they said it could be up to two to three hours ! Absolutely ridiculous! If it was up to me to get checked somewhere else I would ! I would never ever recommend agile on Rossi. I don’t understand why they allow so many walk ins ans allow walk in in between other peoples scheduled appointments. It just backs up everything and people who actually have appointments aren’t able to be seen at there time. This is an issue that needs to be addressed immediately!
