Worst clinic I have ever been to in my life waited 2 hours to be seen. When you ask how much longer they seem bothered and don’t care. Please do not waste your time!

Reasons I like this location: *friendly staff *thorough doctors *walk ins and appointments offered I showed up at 7:50am and there were 4 people in line ahead of me. Even tho the lady at the front desk was bombarded with a line of people she managed to greet everyone of us politely and with a smile. All of the staff were very pleasant to work with and smiled. You’d be surprised how other locations have workers that literally don’t smile. Dr.Lynn treated me and she was so thorough! She really listened to my concerns and addressed them. I really liked how she explained what to expect in the coming weeks and possibilities for future treatment.

Warning!! If I could put negative stars I would! Ever since they changed from pinacles to agile and brought in new so called doctors they're trash! Do not go!!!

Customer service was great, and they were able to see me quite quickly. The doctor was also very informative.

Waste of time doctors are unprofessional and staff. Special the Indian lady.

Been there 3 times waiting outside the glass door they open door at 8:01, 8:02 or 8:03 like today 🙄 sign clearly says opens at 8am!!!!! They when open they still look at u n their body language is like "n what?" Front staff not friendly or courteous or welcoming at all. Back staff ok. Doctor is awesome 👌

I called to get a time to get fit tested. Upon arrival - I was told I Couldn’t be fit tested unless I had my own N95mask (which should have been stated when setting up the appointment, so I left without the test. I got a mask and a few days later called back to get in. The lady told me to come on in and she would do it real quick. After arriving I stood outside the door for 15 minutes after calling to check in! It was misty and cold outside as well. Finally someone came to the door to take my temperature and let me Inside. I then proceeded to sit in the waiting room for 40 minutes when the lady at the front desk called me up and said the one who does fit testing just took a break and it would be another 45 minutes or so until she was back. There was only 3 people here during this entire time so them being extremely busy isn’t an excuse. As a nurse myself - I would have never left a patient to continue waiting for almost an hour after they had been waiting an hour. I would have just taken 10 minutes to knock out the fit testing then taken my break. So now my 1 hour appointment is now 2.5 hours. However - I’m sure glad she got her break in :). Luckily she is at a place where this is allowed. I guess I’m just used to patients first in my line of nursing work.

Went in for TB test required for a new employment. Was told 20 -30 min, could be sooner. Finished 1hr 10 min later; test took a couple minutes. Why 30 min turned to 40; 40 to one hour, then there was more time when i was finally called was never explained. Look at reviews: 1.3 stars, I didn’t, just stopped in and lost an afternoon meeting with a visiting relative. Don’t make the same mistake.
