I had an appointment at 0830. I showed up 15 minutes prior to my appointment time as is common practice to fill out any paperwork, billing, etc. I then proceeded to wait 2 hours until I was finally seen. During this time patients that had arrived prior to myself were seen in a timely manner. I was then placed in an exam room for 20 minutes. I’m not saying everyone’s experience will be like mine but plan on extra time just in case. This seems to be an ongoing issue with this facility.

DON’T COME HERE FOR HELP. They’re understaffed and their Doctors have to be the slowest in the industry. I’m a private contractor whom brings patients here and unfortunately I’ve spent more than double the expected/estimated appointment time they give patients. 1 simple hour can turn into a 3 hour wait! The front desk only deflects and none of the “managers” are available when requested. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!! They’re here to help themselves, not your wellbeing.
2-3 hour wait after appointment time. Every visit. The Nurse was helpful with disability paperwork since work comp was not cooperating, other than that, hire a work comp attorney and see a real doctor office. I was told I had a shoulder strain. After acquiring a lawyer and seeing a QME it was discovered I have a fracture in my neck and possible soft tissue tear in my shoulder. The NP never touched my arm or shoulder or gave me x-rays before making her diagnosis. I have the X-rays from a real Dr now to prove it
The staff were friendly and helpful. They got me processed through their system as quickly as I would have hoped considering all the tests they had to do. Heather did an awesome job. Peter was a gentleman. Thank you!
Would give this place zero but sadly its not an option. Asked them for medical records for months, numerous times, been told "we are short staffed. I will send a message to the whole staff to get back to you. Someone will call you back." When I say its been a good 8 months of asking consistently with no call back ever, I'm not exaggerating. This place is a joke.
Do NOT go here! I was injured at work last year and this "clinic" neglected to listen to me. Jane also accused me of having an underlying heart condition that I wasn't disclosing... I was in excruciating pain and no one listened. They never requested imaging. Simply told me to go home, rest and take some ibuprofen. Long story short, 9 months after my initial injury and after getting approved to get a second opinion it was discovered that I had fractured ribs the entire time!!!! During my 9 months of going to Agile I was referred to physical therapy and a chiropractor which come to find out in the long run probably did more damage. This is the worst place EVER!!! Their negligence has severely affected my life!
They are really good and the drs are even better. I didn’t have an appointment and they got me in that same day. Plus the drs actually care and do their best. I had to get a mri which should have taken me a month to get and they got me one the next day
Waste of time, doctor doesn't even listen to what your telling him! Total disregard for what your symptoms are and I feel like I was just rushed right through. Iam seriously thinking theses are not even real doctors (I know they are) but what happened to listen to the patient, examine the patient, treat the patient! Should do better agile!
