The doctor I saw was a man and a very arrogant and doesn't have any bedside manners and told me my heart rate was 120 bpm and told me that I could die from that and that only in movies can they bring you back and he knew people that die from that and that if I were his sister I send you to the ER. Who says that!? And then on my paperwork I got he or nurse wrote 89 bpm so which is it??? And on top of that he told me that the doctor in Utah was suppose to have done a sleep study and he told me that, that the doctor from Utah was in the wrong for not doing that and that it had been the law for the last 14 years and yet no one made me aware of that. If you are going here for a DOT physical and your overweight and a woman, this Doctor isn't a good one to go to find a different one.

I truly wish I could give - stars. The wait with an appointment is unbelievably long; 3plus hrs waiting to be seen while experiencing severe pain. They do not care if you have or things to do they are happy to keep you waiting as long as they please, they don’t provide updates as to prolonged wait times. When I asked about how much longer the wait would be (12 noon already 1.5 hrs into my appointment time) I told there’re 2 ppl ahead of you… @1:50pm there’s one person I front of you…. So basically an appointment for one patient can run up two hrs, that is incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful to ones time. What is the overall purpose of scheduling an appointment in the first place..

I am FCM and I'm in a lot of clinics. The staff are nice and friendly but they are slower than any I've ever been in. We had an 11:45 appointment and it's now 1:00 and still no doctor. MA told us there were still 2 in front of us. Not acceptable!! Sad I visit the Agile Clinics in Sacramento and Stockton and it's never like this.

I came to do a DOT physical, and this place is the worst place to go. They gave me an inaccurate reading, saying I had kidney failure, so they only extended it for 3 months. Now I had blood test NOTHING wrong now they wanted me to pay AGAIN. RIP off I do not recommend this place.

This place is horrible and the staff and dr Johnson even belittled me about my dental which I just changed jobs and I'm scheduled for dental work is he a dentist,I bet he belittles his own family like he does his Patients,he should have lis licence taken away.

Was there for first time getting my DOT Physical done. Everyone was friendly helpful and professional. It was great service. I was away from home and found a place to park my big Semi Truck just past light up from Pinnacle office. Short walk to get my Physical done and then short drive to the DMV from Pinnacle office. It all worked perfect for me! Keep me Trucking to my next load in Los Angeles after that! I recommend Pinnacle to any trucker needing a DOT physical well on the road away from home!

I’m not sure how this place is still practicing medicine. Nurses(except one) were so unethical and negligent. I was waiting in my car for 2 hours in 100 degree weather. They admitted to forgetting about me and still did nothing to help. I called multiple times and they didn’t pick up. I finally went inside and the waiting room was empty and they were just sitting around doing nothing. After going inside I waited an additional 20 mins. Another walk in came almost 2 hours after me and they attended him in under 15 mins and before me.

This place is by far the worst clinics ever! We have been here waiting since before 11:30 am and are still here waiting to be seen, it is now 2:09 pm. People got here after us and had appointments after us and we’re seen before us. This is absolutely ridiculous and this place should be closed down!!!!
