Extremely rude staff. When I asked to speak to the manager she walked up to me with attitude asking what I wanted. I had an appointment scheduled and was still waiting 4 hours later. Ghetto place. Rooms are dirty, doctors are incompetent. I was told by the orthopedic Dr. Pompan that nothing was wrong with my hip. He said his wife imagines things just like this until a doctor says nothing is wrong. I truly hope she sees this so she could see what kind of sexiest man she's married to. He said if I had a 15 million dollar contract I would be back to work because athletics work through this injury all the time. Thankfully I got a second opinion by a REAL orthopedic surgeon who diagnosed me with a rare injury that could've affected my ability to walk or even go back to work forever! So thanks for nothing Dr. Pompan, and your ghetto staff who talk about patients in Spanish not knowing I understand. This place is a waste of insurance money, it should be shut down. Zero stars from me. I hope people stay away.

The nurse at the counter IN KING CITY said my Anthem Blue Cross insurance was expired. I called Anthem from the lobby and they said it was not expired. The Anthem representative asked to speak to the nurse but she refused to talk to him. I’ve been here before and got decent service, but this is the last time. I was forced to go to the ER. I guess Pinnicles only likes Medi-cal welfare patients and not fully insured working ones. Good luck with your poor business practices.

Horrible service. They opened late, they never answer the phone or email inquiry and when you bring that up its a giant blame game, its the docs fault its cause of short staffing, all stuff that has nothing to do with the patient. I have been in healthcare for 10 years, all urgent cares have their hiccups, but this place has the worst customer service i have come across. The lady in the front opened late, blamed the doc for that and then proceeded to say i needed to leave, they dont see patients in person. Its an urgent care though? Confusing. She then proceeds to say i need to go to my car and call. When I informed her that i already called 5x because they didnt open up in time, she says that shes the only one answering the phone and to keep calling. I asked for her to schedule me, since i had already got to the front of the line and i had her in front of me, she refused and said i needed to go to my car and keep calling. Called 2 more time, shocker, nobody answered. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Pinnacle Healthcare was recommended by my workmans comp insurance as my primary caregiver in 2019. I was treated so well that it has made this journey bearable. The doctors found me the professionals that could help me. My surgeon, physical therapist. They said if there's anything you need, just ask and we will see that you get it. This was my first injury I depended on them and they made me feel protected and cared for. I can recommend them to manage your workman's comp situation with care, concern and dedication. I will be leaving their care soon and I feel like I am losing friends. The staff are wonderful efficient young women and I will miss them as well. Thank you especially Dr. Alvero

Reviews on here are accurate. Staff at the front counter are rude. Closed the glass front counter window on me and said go wait in your car. I asked if she was going to take down my information and just said you are sick, you need to call me. Calls and no answer.

Trash place. The doctor was garbage. Rather call up on the phone than talk to you in person. Gave him a symptom and he became the most knowledgeable doctor in the world and didn't want to hear any more he gave me a diagnosis and hung up. Would of been better off going to a veterinary clinic instead. The dollar tree of clinics.

I get more professional service at the Mac Donald’s down the street then I do with the staff working in this clinic. Rude, disrespectful, and lazy is the best way to to describe them.

The Dr. Is very knowledgeable and patient. He does not rush and is always willing to answer any questions you have. I come all the way from Soledad just to see this Dr. I definitely recommend him.
