This place is terrible I walked in with my husband and they share patients information with people who do not work here. I seen 2 light complected girls with pony tails one wearing a blue hoodie the other a grey shirt walk in and go and sit with 3 girls who were wearing uniforms by the computers and looking at the computer screen. This is a HIPAA violation and I will be reporting it. Along with this there was someone there being trained and it was very clear that she was in training is this the type of training they want their new employees to receive!?!? That was awful these girls were very comfortable going in as if they have a friend or family member who may be working there be aware if you end up coming here some of your information may be spread.

This place is a joke!! Really? So from now on this new clinic named Agile thing that used to be Pinnacle urgent care here in Hollister CA is not accepting people who need urgent care, they said only workers comp.. Doctors there are not real General Doctors , they don’t treat people with general issues. What kind of doctors are those?? They need to be more specific on their signs or names of the clinics, they should write down with big sign letters “AGILE CLINIC FOR WORKERS COMPENSATION ONLY”!!! By the way receptionists there in HOLLISTER CA are kind of rude while they are talking and listening to you and they laugh at people when you are walking out the door, totally being disrespectful at all not very professional and not polite. They deny giving you the service and special care that people needs. Very bad experience being there. Do not hesitate to come to this Agile Clinic, it looks not very professional and locked of knowledge.

If I could give this place 0 or 1/2 stars I would. I called 45 minutes prior to my arrival to ensure they had received a drug screen kit from my employer. I was told by the person on the phone that the kit had been received and I could arrive at anytime to provide the sample. Upon arrival none of the staff were able to locate the drug screening kit and I was made the wait for 30 minutes in the lobby while they searched for it.

I have had excellent experiences at Agile for urgent care, especially after a far-from-excellent experience at the hospital ER (try waiting to be seen when the automatic doors are constantly opening and crashing closed, plus the temperature of a meat locker inside). Dr. Widman - cannot say enough good things about him and his attention to my particular ailment, especially since I have been visiting from out of town for months. The office staff was professional and courteous. I appreciate having this resource. Thank you. 6/6/2024 I had previously rated this office with 5 stars, but after today it's down to 1 star. So disappointed. So not the care I had when I was there last year. Did not want to listen to why I was there, just told me to go to ER (which as you can see above, I will not do) or my PCP (located in WA State). Would not recommend to anyone.

I came to do my physical for my CDL A for truck driving and I paid $150 just to have bad service. The medical assistant that helped me had super bad attitude. I am hard of hearing and the lady didn't understand me when doing the vision test and she marked that I didn't pass it. I've had no problem with my vision and never worn glasses. I told the lady to please not give me attitude but she didn't listen. It's very unprofessional treating a patient with a disability like that. Never again will I go there.

I used Dr. Borges' chiropractic care connected with Pinnacle and am disappointed and frustrated. I went in for a chiropractic adjustment and my insurance covers spinal manipulations. In my 3 appointments, I had a couple physical therapy exercises, some light massages with a tool and a chiropractic adjustment. After my 3rd appointment, I received the bill for my 1st and 2nd visits, the first of which was 2 months prior and was charged hundreds of dollars. When I've used exercises, massages or extra services in addition to the spinal manipulations at other chiropractors, I haven't been charged extra but at this office, I was charged hundreds of dollars more. If I had received the bill in a timely manner after my first appointment, I would not have returned. In each appointment, I asked about the cost and payment but was told I'd be contacted. Why couldn't I see the bill up front? When I called the office with questions on my invoice, I was asked to pay more than was on my bill but my bill doesn't have a due date so why were they trying to charge me more? So I called the phone number of Pinnacle on my bill to play phone tag and be told I'd be contacted immediately. A week later without news, I called again to have someone answer the phone with "stop calling this number" so I said, "this is the phone number on my medical bill" to which the person responded "I don't care. Never call me again." I called a short while later and left a voice mail. It's been a few business days and I haven't heard back even though their outgoing message says they'll reach out within 24 hours. When I called Dr. Borges' office asking if I can have only the chiropractic spinal manipulation adjustment without the exercise or massages in the future, I was told that's not an option so I won't be returning.

I went two weeks ago after i scheduled an appointment. No one was waiting in the room. I was the only one. I was made to wait close to 1h past my appointment time. I thought they were busy. I told the ladies working there, who are rude, that I will leave if I am not taken in. They immediately went back and let me in. When I saw the doctor, I told her that I had to wait an hour past my appointment time, she told me she was not busy for more than an hour ans she was asking them if there are any patients waiting. This all tells me that the receptionists are either doing this on purpose to get back at management or are very incompetent. Maybe they were busy with other work and left both the patient and the doctor waiting?? I doubt it. Anyway, after the doctor saw me and recommended blood tests. I did the blood tests and was asked to call the doctor to talk about the results after a couple days. I called multiple times and was put on hold for 15 minutes just so they answer again and ask for my information again so they can put me on hold for more time. Fed up with this service, I hang up and called two days later and again the same story until a male responded and told me that nothing was wrong after he spoke with the doctor presumably. Until now I haven’t had the chance to speak to the doctor who saw me about my test results. I will never go to this place again. And I hope other people don’t go through this.

Awful! Awful! Awful! Receptionist says 45min to 1 hour wait, it ended up being almost 4 hours and a huge waste of time. They weren't even that busy and people that came after me had already been seen and left. The doctor was fine no complaints, but the same can't be said about everyone else. Blows my mind how a place can be so inefficient. Wish I could have gone somewhere else but my insurance says this is the only place I'm covered. Funny because everytime I hear a politician against universal healthcare say it will take away the freedom of choice.
