Agile Occupational Medicine Delano

The Dr. at this location is wonderful but the office staff....not so much.... I had been a patient for approximately 8 months with no problems until.......an interaction with the office manager Dayana..... She was working the front desk and completely ignored me while she handed me a clipboard for check in.....Not 1 word of acknowledgment. I know they are busy but this is unacceptable. During my visit, I mentioned this to a nurse and conveyed her unfriendliness and poor customer service. I had my Dr visit normally and received a followup appt date. When I got home, I received a message that my appt had been cancelled. I phoned the office to inquire and was told that I needed to speak to my WC adjuster. The Adjuster told me that I was banned from Agile medical office for sexual harassment. 8 months with no problems until pointing out Dayana's poor customer service so to make sure that I was unwelcomed at their office, she made up FALSE accusations. Coincidence? I think NOT! Its funny how, even though supposedly the above transpired, I'm still welcome to spend insurance money on a shoulder replacement with them........NOT....I'll be finding another surgeon!

Worst place to go for physical or drug test. Long wait times and the doctor basically harassed me by ripping my underwear down and pants when she said I was taking too long.

Do not go there they will mess up the paper work and then will want to charge you for the physical. They do not know what they are doing. Do not waste your time.

I brought my dad to his appointment 10:30 and they had him waiting almost 2 hours and the front desk girls are rude and the doctor is also rude and this is the second time this has happen. Do not come here

Even arriving early doesn't guarantee you will be seen on time. I waited nearly an hour to be called back to a room. Some of the staff are incompetent and disregard what I tell them when they ask me questions. The doctor's are nice though and explain things thoroughly

I absolutely hate this place : went in at 12:45 for a 1pm appointment and waited til 4:45 till the dr seen me. I kept asking why it was taking so long and nobody would give me an answer. I wish google would be able to us use negative stars to rate places. Avoid at all cost. If you have an appointment at any time of day, expect to take a lunch bag with you with all three meals for the day

Been here 4 hours waiting to be called back for a simple urine drug screening. Lazy Staff standing around worse place in town dontbcome here.

I am very pleased with Dr. Roemer and his staff they are excellent. Since my first visit they have treated me in a timely manner. From the time I check in it takes them no more than ten minutes to assist me. Dr. Roemer is very patient and pin points the injured area. Great service and friendly staff.
