Checked in at the front desk at 8:15 am with Marina or Myrna I can’t recall her name and waited patiently until 9am to stand and ask how much longer? It was to my surprise that then the front desk states that they were only NOW going to register me. It’s now 9:20 and I’m still waiting. Every patient that was here when I got here has been seen/checked out. If you come here don’t be patient and kind like me. Advocate for your time.

I had an injury at work and was sent here. The staff and doctors here are rude and very incompetent. I would’ve been back to work the following week if I had been diagnosed properly. I had a head injury and the doctor did not tell me I had a concussion when I came in. Went home same day and ended up falling and hurting myself even more. When I had asked what had happened and why I was not diagnosed properly and what was wrong with my injury to begin with the doctor told me “You tell me”. I am not the doctor and I go here to get proper care but that’s far from what happened here. Whatever you do, do not go here. I’ve been getting the run around ever since! This is the worst experience I have ever had. 1000% DO NOT recommend, go anywhere else but here!!!

Great place they took care of me and fixed my back injury very professional staff very welcoming place Dr. Roemer and his staff are very nice they actually take the time to listen and talk about my injury .they well actually call you to remind you about appointments .I highly recommend this place ,best Chiropractor staff I have ever met they make you feel at home .thank you Dr.Roemer and staff

Worse place they will give you an appointment but you will wait at least 2 hours before you are seen. Do not come here they do not respect your time, while you are waiting they hold employee meetings.

Super friendly staff! Comfortable waiting area. Fast and efficient on all levels. Merna is awesome at the front desk! Dr. Kelly is kind and listens! Ray in physical therapy is knowledgeable, patient, and simply a good guy! He knows his stuff when it comes to sports medicine! The chiropractor, Dr Roamer, is gentle and thorough! I've never had one bad experience here!

I wouldn’t say anything bad about this place. Nothing crazy, the doctors and nurses were very kinda however the front receptionists seemed a bit annoyed. I’m sure they deal with the same stuff everyday so I can’t blame them. Expect maybe an hour wait time.

I had an injury at work. When I was pointed to CVO for treatment I was unsure of what was going to happen. I arrived and the receptionists were awesome. They were nice and respectful and new there job. The doctor I had was excellent. I'm so happy that I was sent here.

I was sent here for my pre-employment physical, the wait wasn’t too bad, the girls at the front desk however could have been a little more friendlier! Everything went pretty smoothly and Ricardo was absolutely wonderful at helping me with my lifting test. He’s very easy going and explains everything thoroughly. I think he would make an excellent physical therapist or personal trainer. I’d like to thank whoever hired him at this place, he’s great!!
