I waited and suffered for too long, but I'm glad I didn't wait any longer, as I began to heal after just a few appts. The staff at Agave are kind and professional, while the "front office" is organized and efficient. Don't put your recovery off a day sooner!

Dr Qualls runs a clean, friendly and professional business that I highly recommend to anyone in Lake Havasu needing PT. He and his awesome staff assisted my husband through his knee replacement recovery and treated me from knee scooter to walker to cane and back to unassisted walking after I broke my leg. We were always seen on time and treated with care and compassion.

The staff are great they really listen 👂 to what you have to say, they are polite and professional. They don't have you doing anything that might be hurt ful instead of helpful.
