I have been training with Nicole and Affinity Therapy for years and would highly recommend any of the services Affinity is providing. Nicole has helped me reach countless fitness goals by always prioritizing health and wellness first. Nicole is skilled at creating personalized programs that meet you where you are at and really help you achieve your specific goals. I have trained with Nicole at many different points in my athletic career and have always had a wonderful experience. Nicole is very professional, a very talented manual therapist, and one of the most knowledgeable people I have worked with. I will continue to trust Affinity Therapy with my care.

I have been working with Nicole for a couple of months now and she has completely changed the way my body feels and functions! I am a professional dancer so I am always on the move and with random little injuries and Nicole always knows exactly what to do and helps with prevention of further injuries which is amazing. Besides the fact that she is an awesome human being with a great personality she will make you feel very comfortable and knowledgeable about your body! I would recommend Affinity Therapy and Nicole to everybody!

If I could give Nicole more than 5 stars, I would. I’ve had two bad sciatic nerve injuries in the past year due to running where the injury was so bad I couldn’t walk or lift my leg on its own. My first sciatic injury was in January of 2021 and I went to her while she was attached to a different physical therapy group. She worked with me for weeks, determined to help me heal so I could walk and run again before my wedding in April. She listened to where I was hurting, helped stretch me and work through the area surrounded the sciatic nerve, and would have me doing exercises to improve my strength to the point where I was walking out of each session finally able to walk without a limp and getting better each time. Fast forward months later, she started her own practice and I followed her to Affinity Therapy after getting the same injury again. I only trusted her to work on my injury and sure enough, she had me walking again within weeks. She’s so encouraging, wants to work with you to make sure she’s getting you healthy and healed, and adjusts your sessions based on how your injury is doing. Nicole is the best!!! She’s the only physical therapist I trust working on my injuries from running! Highly recommend!!

I've been with Affinity therapy for almost a year now and I've always been happy after each session. CrossFit takes a toll on the body and nagging Injuries seem to pop up every now and then. When I see Nicole, I come out of the session feeling brand new and confident to train again. Nicole is very knowledgeable in her field and sports because she has has experience being competitive which makes every situation relatable. I appreciate the time she takes to take care of our bodies. Also- She gives corrective exercises or ways to prehab nagging Injuries at home or at the gym.

Affinity Therapy is my go-to for treating athletic-related pains and injuries. Nicole is extremely skilled at manual therapy, and being an athlete herself, tailors her treatment to her patients' specific training needs. She also provides easy to follow instructions on effective at-home rehabilitation and exercises, meaning just one visit can provide lasting recovery benefits. Easy online scheduling requires just a few clicks, so booking is a snap. As a heavy-mileage club runner about to turn 40, getting ahead of injuries is critical to letting me continue to perform at a high level, and I'm incredibly grateful to Affinity Therapy for keeping me able to compete in the sport I love!! Give Nicole and Affinity Therapy a try. You won't be disappointed!

I have been seeing Nicole with Affinity for about a year now and I have nothing but good things to say about her. I am an Olympic weightlifter and came to her with some really bad hip pain that would radiate into my lower back causing a lot of pain while lifting that made any sort of squat extremely painful. I had seen multiple physical therapists, acupuncturists, chiropractors, etc. who all recommended just "taking a break" from weight lifting. Nicole however, was the first person who rather than telling me to take a break, assessed my problem areas, would give me exercises and stretches to do outside of seeing her, and was always helpful with any problems that would come up in between sessions. About a year later I am now at a manageable pain level, with knowledge of what causes my pain and how to prevent it. As well as an entire warm up and recovery routine that has gotten me from extreme pain when lifting, to very minimal (if any at all) in a given session. Not only has Nicole been a great help to my hip and back pain but she's also a great person! She's friendly, knowledgeable, and really wants to help! I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone with any injury.
