AFC Urgent Care Brentwood

This place was so great ! They take walk-in as well as medical and cchp . They staff was wonderful, will definitely be coming back and recommending to everyone .Bonus that they are open 8am -8pm !

Staff were really nice and helpful. They prioritize patients wants and needs which is something I value. Staff does a great job with educating patients on topics they aren’t too educated in. Very reliable and accessible.

This is by far the best Urgent Care I have ever been to. All of the staff from front desk nurses, xray techs, & doctor is so caring, loving and helpful. They all took the time to listen to me and help me with all of my health concerns. I also have taken my child here for a physical they really offer it all & are open 7 days a week! Dr. GG is very knowledgeable, helpful, caring and truly knows her stuff! Thank you so much to all of the staff at AFC!! I will only be coming here for all of our urgent care needs!!

I was surprised to read that someone without insurance was charged $200 at this facility. Just got an invoice for $682 with insurance but out of network facility for a visit with my son for sore throat. After asking for the itemized bill, it appeared Brentwood facility was charging $50 extra for a weekend visit and $88 for services provided at urgent care (for opening the door I guess) on top of doctor visit and strep probe. Before visiting the doctor, I have confirmed the co-pay and paid $215 and now they ask us to pay $325 more to cover the rest. Their billing department told me to contact my Insurance and resolve the dispute. But the problem is not my insurance. The problem is extra charges that AFC is trying to collect. The other problem is that 10 min appointment can cost you $682.00. And just like that.

I was not feeling so good when I headed towards AFC. It’s in a really great location. Plenty parking. I signed in electronically at the kiosk tablet. Very easy. Greeted by the receptionist. Very nice lady, Then another young lady called me in. I met The Np Natalia and her bedside manner was very exceptional!!! I really wanted to leave because I was nervous but I’m glad I stayed and got seen, Tgank you for a great urgent care visit❤️

The service and staff were very friendly helped make the visit really quick and easy. Highly recommend because everyone there is skilled and helpful. Went in for a TB test for work and was able to get it done within ten minutes .

Very friendly and professional staff, excellent experience with Dr. Bautista. She listens to me patiently and explains to me clearly. After visiting, the Dr. and the staffs call me couple times to follow up and make sure I get better and no any issues. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this urgent care. I would like to say thanks to the staff and Dr. Bautista.
