Tameka Miles was a great doctor, she was kind and caring and listened to my concerns. The wait times were especially long so you'll definitely have to call out of work for a whole day if you go. I got there at 8am when they opened and finally was called back at 11:30. Then I was able to leave at noon. So the appointment itself did not take long. But over all was a good experience.
Open on Sunday and nice staff. Office appeared clean. Small sized waiting room so hard to keep a distance from other patients. Registered online and came in at appointed but we weren’t called back until about 90 minutes past time. Not very efficient for time management regarding swabs for flu, covid, strep. Had to wait for about 30m after swabs ordered before they were obtained then wait another 30 for results. However the office seemed to only have 5 employees total so that would explain the wait. Would probably use them again on a Sunday if needed.
Possibly the best urgent care experience I've ever had. The staff were clearly exhausted but each one was incredibly kind and patient. The care was thorough, respectful and professional. This will be my go-to location.
The service was good, I did have a long wait but the nurses apologized for it and did everything to make sure my experience ended good. Thank you AFC PriMed for assisting me in a step in my next journey! May God Bless y’all coming out of this year and going into the next!
On Nov 30th I went due to a cold/sinus infection and I had a great experience. I am a RN and they always asked my name /DOB.This means a lot to me. They all was very professional and thorough. Everyone was pleasent and worked fairly swiftly. I was in and out before 9am. Will definitely go back. Thank you for helping me feel better.
Well, this review came through under my name, which is Sharon but when it's posting, it's posting under my nieces So the information is not linked correctly. The people at AFC Prattville were very nice. however for me, it was a complete waste of 3 1/2 hours. I specifically asked if they were able to do an ultrasound or something to that effect because I was having abdominal pain. I was told yes. however 3 1/2 hours later when I got to the physician that is something they have at the facility or that they are able to do on site. So I still had to go to the ER. I can say that everyone was extremely nice
I had a leg injury and went in on a Saturday. Wasn't real impressed with the check in procedures & no one else in the waiting room was either. Wanted you to do all registration on your phone but several people couldn't use their phones including me. The office tablets all had low batteries. One lady was crying because she couldn't figure out how to use the tablet but got no help from check in desk. But overall everyone on the treatment team was awesome, friendly and thorough. I felt I received excellent care.
