AFC Physical Medicine & Chiropractic San Tan Valley

AFC has been such a wonderful experience. I have been a patient of theirs for about a month now and have loved the care that I have received. I came in for some chronic middle back pain, right wrist pain, and right foot pain. Although I am not quite where I want to be yet in my improvement, I have felt that the care team has been extremely attentive in my needs and constantly adjusting my care plan to better target my concerns. I understand that improvement will take time, and I am grateful for all of the tips, tricks, and medical devices and equipment that I have been provided with to help aid in my recovery. The team is more than just chiropractic care. I have received trigger point injections by their PA, Chris, and these injections have helped with reducing my immediate pain. In addition to regular chiropractic adjustments, each visit includes physical therapy as well as a massage. Their office also provides wellness care and allergy care. I completed an allergy test and learned more about what my sensitivities are. I am hopeful for positive improvement as I continue my treatment with AFC over the next few months. Everyone on the team knows you by name and is genuinely involved in your care. I have been a patient since beginning of July at AFC in San Tan Valley and have been so impressed. I came in with tremendous pain in my neck, hip, and shoulder. There is a whole team that performs a thorough examination including X-rays to determine your personalized plan. Dr. Bock right away helped my neck and hip pain and along with his team including a PA Chris, who is fabulous with his infections, ordered a MRI for my shoulder to diagnose my unfortunate frozen shoulder, which is apparently a long painful process. Thankfully their whole team of therapists have been so patient and helpful. Shout out to Nicole who is so empathetic and listens when I have cried on her shoulder many days, and to Joe for his ability to make me laugh always and his great massages, and to Dr. Addy with his calming voice and hands and positive attitude, and to Summer for always smiling and coordinating my busy schedule and being so flexible, and to Nancy for always asking how am I doing, and to Shay for the best smiles, and lastly to Jen for the best explanations and keeping everything on track. I’m so glad I found you all and look forward to continued improvement!

I first went to AFC about 7 years ago, walked in not being able to stand straight, I was in so much lower back pain, and after treatment I walked out standing straight up with no pain AT ALL! Dr Bock is the most amazing doctor, their family oriented, patient, knowledgeable. Everyone in the office is truly AMAZING and I would recommend AFC Chiropractic to everyone!!

I have just started my journey w AFC and they have been great. Not only do they do adjustments but they also have a PA who does injections, a massage therapist and PTs on site. They treat a lot of areas from a lot of angles. That's unique, and refreshing, from a patient's point of view. I look forward to continuing my treatment w AFC for a long time. Andy K.

I can not say enough good things about this place. They are there for you and your needs in an overall full body wellness and not just for the adjustment. I came in with multiple points of pain; low back, soul of the foot, neck pain and wrist pain. I only came in with the assumption of pain and relief to my low back. What a pleasant surprise that they were much more interested in treating me overall. They make it a point to customize treatment to meet your needs. Multiple PT machines and exercises/stretches. The environment and that staff that work there are so warm and exciting each and every time. It’s hard not to feel welcome and chat along with a fellow client. 10/10 each time!

This place is amazing. Not just a chiropractor , but also Nurse Practitioner, Physical therapist, Massage therapist, And years of experience. Skilled, caring, highly professional. I got quite hurt in a car accident I do a lot of driving for my job as a full time realtor. I could hardly drive after the accident my neck and back hurt so much. They put me on the path to healing. I feel so much better. They are the BEST.

I've struggled with lower back pain since my early 20's. I have seen many chiropractors throughout those years and you would think I would no longer have back problems but that's not the case. My lower back pain would always come back and the pain just got worse and worse. Last year and now in my mid 40's and going through premenopause my entire back began to hurt even more and my neck and shoulders were in a lot more pain as well. I've attached my x-rays which were done 5/2024 so you can see how my back and neck were. I found one Chiropractor who said I needed to get injections and adjusted for 2 months and that would get me better but I thought; well it would be as if I was just seeing the previous chiropractors but with injections. I felt I needed to do something different since just going to the chiropractors was not getting me better. So I did my research and found out that in order for my back to heal and stay in place was to get physical therapy in conjunction with adjustments by a chiropractor. That's when I found Dr. Bock and his team. I have been going through with their treatment since mid May. I've got to admit that I was a bit hesitant about their treatment, mostly because I had kind of lost hope and also I have never had physical therapy done before so I wasn't too sure if that would work, I also dislike injections. But honestly the injections are not bad and Chris is very gental, I hardly feel them. Dr. Bock and his team have been guiding me to a better posture. They have opened my eyes to what I have been doing wrong all these years. They have also showed me how to correct the way I sit, look at my laptop, type and even sleep. With all the changes I have made and the exercises I now do from home I feel I am getting much better and with the help and guidance I am getting from Dr. Bock and his friendly and caring team I feel hopeful and truly believe I will heal and stay pain free now.
