Amazing! This is by far one of the best experiences I have ever had! The doctors and staff are so friendly, informative and always helpful. I like the set up, the routine is definitely different then most places I have been to for sure. The doctors and staff addressed my issues thoroughly, making it easy for me to move forward and receive the help I need. Rest assured I have seen a lot of relief in comparison. I have had a jaw clenching issue for many years. My dentist had a night guard fitted for me over a year ago to assist with my night clenching as well. A little over a month ago I started having severe pain in the left side of my jaw. After a few weeks it became unbearable. I went to see my dentist and was advised I had full on TMJ, got put on steroids, muscle relaxers and prescription grade ibuprofen.... it didn't help... I did some research and found this office. Here was my experience: 1st visit. Everyone in the office is SO welcoming, you can actually FEEL that they all LOVE what they do and LOVE working there. That speaks volumes to me. Not only that but each person you meet with is incredibly thorough, you really feel like they genuinely care about you and helping you. I walked out after 2 hours feeling like I had found my place for certain. 2nd visit: treatment plan and options. They were out of network but went above and beyond to fit my treatment to my needs and budget. Every single person wanted nothing more than to help me with my pain. I got my first set of injections, which to be frank was the worst pain I had felt in a long time. I was miserable the rest of my visit. (Please keep reading though it gets better) I went home crying from pain, unsure if I wanted to continue the treatment because of it. But I reminded myself how nurturing and caring every person was and that was what made me trust them. I had to trust the process. 3rd visit: every single person temperature checked with me, they all saw my misery after the first visit and wanted to make sure this one was better. Miss Courtney was so sweet to me and after she took my blood pressure offered to go and hold my hand for my next injection 😭💜 Juan made a point to check in with me several times before the injection as well to see what more he could do to make me comfortable. It went a tad better than the first time but still very very uncomfortable, but I left feeling loved and cared for. They set me up with Marc for massage this time around and said they thought he could make my experience a little better. We vibed right off the bat, he cracked jokes with me and warned me every time he was going to put the pressure on my trigger points in my face and jaw. It sucked but he made me laugh so it was easier to walk away smiling. Instead of Dr P, this time(whom i adore btw) was given to Dr Forbes - whom specializes in cranial therapy, she gave me an adjustment and put the pressure on every muscle that supports my jaw, all while explaining what she was doing and why. Today is the day after my second visit and as much as I hate these injections and the pain and soreness I leave with...this is the first time in almost 2 months that my jaw has felt even remotely normal. This treatment works. Trust the process. The staff is amazing and they have a patient for life with me. I appreciate and love you all.
