Aegis Therapies

Aegis has truly made a difference in my pain level, stability, and mobility. I recommend them to anyone needing physical therapy. They listen to understand, and they work within your ability boundaries. They helped improve my quality of life!!

I must advise against the use of their services. Unless you plan on never being sick and/or missing appointments because they recently discharged my son due to non-compliance, stating he has missed too many appointments. I guess that we should've taken him anyways, Flu, Covid and strep! It seems that the corporate values the bottom line more than they do their own patients. I must admit it was quite upsetting. However, it is their loss if they choose to stand by some attendance policy they do not value whether or not their employees get sick either. Also, be sure to expect surprise appointments when they have a cancellation and squeeze you into their schedule without checking with you first to see if you are even available. Absolutely pathetic.

They recently dumped my child as a patient in Occupational Therapy because he has missed a few appointments…..My child has also had the flu, covid and strep throat. If they’re willing to dump you as a patient due to illness then who knows what other lowball reasons they’ll use to dump someone.
