I went to the ED here recently and I have nothing but good things to say. While I was having a very rough situation health wise, the staff was so friendly, caring, and focused on my care, each passing moment gave me hope that I would be okay. Natalie in the ED was like an angel. She saw me at my absolute worst and took amazing care of me. I couldn't be more thankful for her and how good of a job she did. Thank you Natalie. Over my three days here I was cared for by many amazing nurses and doctors. I want to gives special thanks to Sheri, Cathy, Jerry, and Brendan. Overall, while I do hope I never experience the health issues again. I know that if any emergency happens, like this last weekend, I know I will be well cared for if I need it.

I almost died the doctors at a Venice Hospital saved my life along with the nurses. I was in intensive care one night the next day I went to a regular room I was in the hospital five days. I hurt so bad. I couldn’t even roll over everyone at the hospital the nurses the doctor, the people that bring your meals the employees that clean your room the lab People all of them treated me wonderful. He took wonderful care of me when I finally could eat. I enjoyed all my meals.. I’ve came diabetic. So I was having My glucose checked regularly and given insulin My first nurse in intensive care with Jacob He was so nice and took such good care of me I can’t remember all the nurses names But every single one of them We’re very attentive to my needs When I’d have to hit the nurse button They seem to always come so promptly They would disconnect the things The restroom first time Wipe myself I was Embarrassed and the nurse said, let me Help you I didn’t know nurses did that she was so Sweet and nice. She cleaned me up. It made it seem like it was just nothing. It made me feel so comfortable. I don’t know how to thank you all enough What can I say after you save my life what can I do? To tell you how grateful and thankful I am My children we’re so grateful they still had their father If I was a millionaire I would buy a wing for your Or I would donate $1 million When I was at home and I couldn’t breathe at all And I felt like I was drowning And I kept saying no to my wife and son about Calling 911 and finally, my wife just did it I have no recollection of anything after that But I was told the ambulance and the fire paramedic You’re everything they could save my life My daughter left home and Beat the ambulance to the hospital And saw them rushing me into the emergency My arms were wailing up above my head She came in with them And he immediately started to work on me Because of my aneurysm and My sarcoidosis in my You didn’t want to innovate innovate me I thought it might hurt something in my lung And they thought if they did they Out all my family I could have brain damage So they had to sedate me to give me an MRI on Brain When Up I was an extreme pain I still am At that time I was I was given pain medication to help me with that At that point, my daughter talk to me to see how I sounded Did I seem to have any Brain damage And it seemed I didn’t Thank God, thank God For sparing my life So my children didn’t have to lose their father. God bless you all. I will forever Be thankful to you for everything you did For me. Yours truly Robert E Flynn

As a recipient of weekly life saving infusions I must commend the entire Adventist Tehachapi valley hospital team.. From the administration staff to the surgical/infusion nurses I could not be more pleased with their efforts! I have infused at other facilities but by far Adventist Tehachapi is the best! I whole heartedly thank them for what they do!

I really liked my doctor. Very kind and caring. That goes for most of the staff. There were a couple of nurses who were not quite as kind... you really don't want to hear staff talking negatively about a patient. One nurse who was very kind and attentive was about to give me an EKG when another nurse told her to go(on a break or lunch) and she said she would do it. More than an hour passed and I hadn't had the EKG. My doctor came by and I asked about it and he said he'd take care of it. Shortly after a nice male nurse performed it only to be chewed out by the nurse who was supposed to do it. She yelled "She's my patient!" which was news to me because she never did one thing for me or addressed me in any way. But the good staff outweighed the not as good.

I came in to the ER extremely disoriented after being really sick and unable to hold down water. The initial nurse who took my vitals for intake seemed pretty dismissive and left me in the middle of all these other people waiting after telling her I’d been throwing up and couldn’t sit up straight from being so exhausted. Once I got to a bed, all the nurses were really attentive and helpful, and after being admitted for overnight observation those nurses were also very kind and attentive. The doctor was helpful and listened to my issues and I’m finally home thanks to their great care.

I went to the E.R. at Adventist Hospital with abdominal pain and was diagnosed with a gall stone blockage. After a CT scan, the emergency room doctor called the general surgeon because I needed an emergency gallbladder removal. I was admitted immediately and had surgery the next day. Thank you to everybody from the emergency room staff to all the day and night nurses and doctors that always checked on me before and after my surgery. And a special thanks to Doctor Thomas (general surgeon) for a wonderful job on my surgery.

Adventist Health Hospital in Tehachapi Always takes the Best Care of me. There are other Hospitals around but they are our favorite Hospital as far as my whole family are concerned because they treat us like we matter. Always making an otherwise unpleasant time tolerable. The emt care we're excellent as well keeping me calm during a very frightening experience.

I was admitted 9/25/2024 for gallbladder removal. The ER was quick, as was the surgery. Dr. Thomas (Debbie) was amazing as were all my nurses! I was in and out of drowsiness so forgive me for not remembering everyone’s names. However Mr. Trey & Mrs. Tatiana were very very attentive and sweet! I would definitely chose this hospital & recommend to all my friends and family. Rooms were cleaned, call button was answered immediately, diet was great (liquid diet, jellos, juices, broths). I have 0 complaints! 100/100 Thank you to everyone for making my stay comfortable from 9/26-9/27. 🥹💞
