I have an excellent team of doctors, nurse practitioners, and other essential staff who are guiding me through my cancer journey with Trust and Hope. I truly appreciate this team and will forever be grateful to Dr. Reed and Dr. Win. I strongly believe in regular mammograms, supported by breast self-exams.

I had a great experience at the Spinal institute. The nurses were amazing Christen was my nurse who got me all ready for my procedure and was very informative. She made sure i knew everything before hand and that all my questions were answered. Christine was the nurse in the room with me and she helped to make me feel comfortable and taken care of. Dr. Storm was wonderful and I could tell she cares about her job and treating her clients properly. I trust them with my spinal care :)

I was there for a biopsy and was anxious about the whole thing. Everyone was so nice and thoughtful and made me feel at ease. We even had some laughs. I was given plenty of information and support. I can’t remember her title, but Jackie is my contact person, and she was wonderful. I had some questions for her after the procedure, and she answered all my questions and made me feel better about the whole situation. The tech in mammography was also wonderful, along with Dr. Wang.

The wait to register was long: 25 minutes. Once registered, I was promptly called by the MRI technologist: everything proceeded smoothly after that, and the needle stick/IV push was completely painless. Very positive treatment in the MRI suite, but I don’t understand why the registration process moves so slowly.

During my camping trip at Don Pedro, I ended up here with kidney stone pain. Upon arrival my pain had decreased to a 0/10 but I still wanted to be seen. The staff was very nice and helpful. The emergency waiting room was very clean and organized. Once inside, the room was spacious enough to not feel claustrophobic. The nurse who helped me was very professional and kind. The physician was very helpful in informing me on kidney stones and my current situation. Overall, I'd rate the Emergency Department a 10/10. I was checked in very fast, helped by a professional staff, and discharged without confusion within a few hours. Great job!

Staff was delightful. Jodie at the reception desk was extremely pleasant to deal with. Obviously experienced in her job. Very helpful when a problem developed, with quick resolution. The staff at the Lab was also quick and fun to talk to. In and out in less than five minutes. Walked out feeling happy and thankful for their help. Well done ladies at the hospital Lab.

The Sonora birthing center: from Doctors to nurses to admin the center offered excellent care. We had a longer hospital stay and each and every person we interacted with was supportive, offered excellent medical practice, and education for each step of the birthing and postpartum process. Above all, the entire team was kind and compassionate. Thank you to this excellent group! We were supported through a difficult process. And thank you to the hospital staff who supports the birthing center - they also make the experience amazing!

I went to the ER with high blood pressure concerns. I was in a private room, bed within 30 minutes. I had chest X-ray. EKG, CT Scan, and blood, urine work done. All nurses, and attendants were extremely nice and concerned about me. Lisa the PA spoke to me several times during my visit. She prescribed an additional BP med and explained when to use it and told me to take my BP a couple times daily and to record it. Overall good experience.
