My Name is David Cox . I was admitted with Covid and a blood Oxygen level of 62 not doing well . The great team that took care of me for the time i was there.. I felt really Blessed. I couldn't have asked for better people to be around..you are all Angels to me .. thank you for all you do .. words cannot express the thanks I have for you all .. I am home and feeling better.. My husband came in for a minor procedure on his foot. The place was clean and the people up front very friendly. They supply keurig coffee so it's always fresh one cup at a time. They were behind schedule about an hour and the receptionist came out to say they were sorry and ask if she could get us anything like maybe a blanket, it was very cool in the waiting room and i had my elderly father, whom i take care of, with me. The only negative would be from the day before we got a call stating from someone in their billing Dept, she started she had called to verify the procedure would be covered and said it was denied. My husband explained that whoever she talked to must have looked at the wrong paperswork, because yes it was denied but then approved. She said she would call and find out and call back if she found out anything different, but at that moment all she knew is it was not going to be covered. We called the doctor's office and they had the approval letter so we tried calling the lady back at the extension she gave us. There was no answer we left a message but no call back. So the next morning we called again still could not reach her so up to the moment we walked thru the door after an hour drive didn't know if we had just wasted the drive or if the procedure would take place. Other than that it was a good experience.
