It has been six weeks six my total hip replacement at Stanford. Four weeks ago I began a PT regimen with John at Bones. Today I walked a mile and a half and you know the inclines up here! I am half way back to the three miles I used to walk prior to all the pain...prior to the hip surgery. While I still have strength and flexibility issues to work through, the great treatment by Dr. Miller at Stanford, combined with the excellent physical therapy at Bones has really kept me on an expedited course to full recovery!
