This lab is FANTASTIC! Both times I’ve come here start to finish everyone is kind, friendly and FAST! I’m a wheelchair user and can go in without my caregiver knowing without asking staff steps in to open doors and assist me every step of the way, again without me even asking for help. The check in desk people are so kind, and lovely they set a very nice tone that is continued throughout the experience. When you’re really sick having such friendly happy people genuinely welcome you feels so huge. At the lab I never wait more than a few minutes to be taken back and they are very talented and efficient. I’m notoriously impossible to get labs on due to a rare illness and they were able to listen to my needs, and assess me well enough to get my blood draw first time which for me is unheard of. They have also been very helpful and great with ADA access for me start to finish as well. It’s such a relief to know I have such a great lab to go to!

People were kind and caring. They provided timely services and I was very moved what I witnessed how other people were treated. I also very much appreciated that they took me in on a Saturday. Thank you to the staff and you effort to serve our community.

Actually, I was skeptical my experience would be noteworthy, but I was wrong. From the guy (whose name I can’t remember) who was able to get me in the same day, to the young woman who checked me in to the PA “Nate”, my experience was worth taking time to review. Nate was one of the easiest care providers I’ve ever seen. He made me feel comfortable right away and I felt heard, not rushed and taken seriously. He was very professional, thorough and was knowledgeable in areas of my concern. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking medical care on the coast. Some labs were ordered and I met Ashly who checked me in and went over insurance. She was very professional, friendly and helpful. She also offered her help in any future needs. Lab lady very nice also and so was x-ray technician who’s name I wish I could remember, as he too was so kind, professional and helpful. Much appreciated to all.

I went in for a blood draw. I didn't have to wait long to get checked in. And I didn't have to wait long to get the blood draw. Dawn, the phlebotomist, put the needle in me so perfectly that I didn't even feel it!

Got told my daughters foot isn't fractured and just a sprain and told her to wear more firm shoes. Well she has a chip out of her bone very much so visible in the X-ray. 4 days later she's still in pain. So now she has to be seen by her regular doc to get the right answers. Very upset with the way we were treated

Rick at the registration desk is wonderful! Very kind and always seems to be in a good mood. My blood draw went smoothly, however it took quite a bit longer than expected to be called in even though there was no one else having a blood draw done or waiting to have one done. I was sitting out there for at least 25 minutes and the waiting area is kept very chilly so it was not an enjoyable wait at all.

The receptionist was very kind and pleasant person to check in with, MRI tech was very sweet, all around a pleasant experience. It amazes me I can even say this, it wasn't so some time back. When Adventist took over it all changed for the better. Thank You from my heart to yours

Went really quickly and smoothly. This is the second time it’s gone well, after years of having so much trouble getting labs done with any degree of speed or efficiency. Glad they’re getting better!
