Lab staff was kind but I got skipped and put me behind on my labs for more than 1 hrs I was told to arrive at 6:15 and didn’t get drawn until 8:00

Dr. Rogado and his team/clinic are the best. Very happy with my PCP. Love his nurses, esp the one I saw my 1st year in 2022, I forgot her name, but still see her there, but the last 2 appts was a different nurse that were nice too, but she really was great. I'll come back and edit her name once I get it. Front staff is lovely too.

If you have an older love ones who come here for their checks. Please be warned that they will let them wait for more than hour (with an appointment) and get seen for like 5 minutes. I will change my medical provider. If they really want to do something about the wait times they have to give the PCP atleast 30mins, instead of 15, per patients that will lessen the appointments to half. They talk about god’s love all the time with their vision and mission and we all know that they after your insurance’s $$$.

Currently on the phone and mid conversation this mtf keeps putting me on hold I haven’t even gotten to fully ask my question….

It was horrible. The last two visits with Gene Pickford were humiliating. He was short with me. Was not attentive to my needs. Acted as if I were getting on his nerve. The two visits made me so uncomfortable, that I ended up changing my medical Network.

Had issues with my meds. Tried to resolve over the but the call center would connect me to the clinc. Had to make an appointment. Did not need a appointment to see doc would be a waste of the doc's time. Save time for a sick person. So i DROVE to the clinc and the recept. And Tracy the LVN TOOK CARE OF ISSUSE. Thank you ladies
