Adventist Health Medical Office - Hanford Specialty

This place is almost impossible to get a hold of and almost impossible to get seen quickly. I’ve been calling all day and not one call has gone through. This is not the first time either. The dr I have is great. The facility isn’t.

Love the doctor, BUT THE STAFF is a nightmare. No help or follow through, don't answer phone calls , rude at times, the assistant keeps their voice mail box full, you cant leave a message . I have left important paperwork and they loose it.

We have called and left messages to have no returned calls, the staff is rude and the after hours service representative/supervisor Karina was of no help. I called and waited 40 minutes on hold to be placed on another hold. And she hung up. I called back and placed on hold another 40 minutes. When she answered and asked if I could hold I was talking and she placed me yet in another hold. I wanted her to take a simple message cause the staff doesn’t call back. Thanks for nothing, it’s a simple message for a callback and could not be done. The worst customer service ever

Appointment was at 3pm. Now it is 4:30. I went up to the receptionist asking when Ill be seen. They said the doctor had 2 patients ahead of me still. They said this is normal. Dont reply to this review. This is only my experience. I encourage other patients to write their experience with this place.

Staff is horrible and should be reinstated with a group of people who actually have knowledge on literally anything because clearly the ones working upfront don’t. The receptionists choose which insurance to accept not the medical office in this place it seems since they’ll tell multiple people different things. They also are completely rude to anyone who doesn’t speak english like i’ve seen with my grandmother and truly its the most disgusting thing. Really hope they atleast fix being a better person.

I needed to reschedule i called and I was on the line for 1hour , every time I call I hear the answering machine saying someone will answer the call. They do answer after one ahour waiting And Repcention aren't very friendly I asked a question and they answer in a way that makes me regret asking. If you're working with people SMILE !!!! THEY HAVE ANFRIENDLY FACE .

Worst clinic ever. Their Wait times are so bad weather your are early or on time... but if you are late they don't see you. Receptionist are rude and always talking and giggling among them self's. Been here twice this month not being seen for misunderstanding between MA'S, " MA leader " and supervisor. Driving 1 hr to get here missing work and spending money on gas just get here and not been seen... this people really need to get themself together. It looks like they don't what they are doing and just making their customers life worst on top of their medical conditions not getting taking car off😡

I’ve been trying to get the chance to be seen for months. Every time my appointment comes up they cancel, and the doctor is never there. They continue to cancel and set my appointments months later. They have shown no help or concern for my health.
