As a family, we had never had any issues being seen at this clinic. Dr. H, Ryan P, and other staff are all very nice and helpful. They take all concerns very serious and listen to your concerns. I take my two kids there and my little one is always happy to get his stickers at the end of his visits:)

I've been with Dr Haworth for over 10 years. He's a good Dr but this office and it's employees are terrible and ruin what could be a decent doctors office. It's impossible to get a call back when they promise one, it's common to wait on hold 20-30 minutes while the receptionists go to break, and it'll take weeks to get referrals/PA's or necessary additional tests vs hours with other clinics. They make you feel unimportant, like you're bothering them when you're forced to follow up on the status on anything. I wouldn't recommend Adventist health in general, but definitely not this office.

Wonderful staff. Friendly and professional. They took the time to hear what I needed and made me feel comfortable.

The doctor is very professional and knowledgeable but, the receptionist always puts me on hold I have waited up to 20 minutes. I have walked in while on hold and she’s just there talking nothing work related and not helping out patients.
