My experience was awful. I went to E.r at 9 am, unable to stand up straight due to power back pain, I had severe diarrhea for two days prior and felt very dehydrated. I'm a stage 3 Renal patient and my back pain was not addressed, no one even acknowledged my back. After waiting 5 more hours, I was given a painful shot in my arm for nausea and a cup of water.after 2 more hours, another nurse or practitioner came in and said I had a virus, he couldn't tell me what kind of virus and he dismissed me. No antibiotics or even an i.v. that was two days ago and I'm now bed ridden from back pain and totally dehydrated.

As always I received excellent care and the staff was truly concerned about my wellbeing and made sure I understood what their findings were. I was released with complete discharge instructions and everyone was dedicated to providing the best patient care possible

Reception quick and easy. Imagining reception especially accommodating. Steven the Imagining tech was very pleasant, explanatory, and professional. The whole operation rates a "high five".

Was told to get there at 8:00am Was then told appointment was scheduled for 9:30-11:20. Was treated very well by the nursing staff. They even commented on how long it was taking. I sat in pre op bed until 12:00 o’clock and didn’t get to our car until 3pm post op. Having no water or food since 8:30 the night before!! I don’t have issues with the actual one on one care I received but this hospital really needs to figure out their schedules, not to mention every pre op appointments I had called me in an hour late and my original surgery got cancelled and moved a month later because of scheduling complications. I am not one to write reviews but people need to know to be diligent with the schedule and their valuable time. The longer you sit in a hospital the more it cost…? Right? Feel like we will be getting a huge bull when most of the time was waiting.

I went to radiology for an ultrasound. Great care. Everyone was kind and reassuring. Staff interacted with me as not just a client but also as a person. Very happy 5/5 would highly recommend.

The staff in the ER were professional, and good at their jobs. I was nervous about going to the ER in Lake County. From the moment I walked in everyone was on top of my condition and took excellent care of me. I felt safe and well cared for.

Ya know I don't want to be a hater but there are quite a few bad things that I could say about the attitude in the emergency department. But I won't what I will say is the two employees Cindy and Larry that do the MRI were awesome. So patient and understanding when I was literally freaking out after waiting 2 months for I appointment I almost couldn't do it . But with Larry by my side I was able to complete my mission. Thanks for being so kind in one of my worst moments it means a lot to know people do still enjoy their jobs and putting patients first

My last visit was to Dr Morton for chiropractic adjustment. She’s so great and I feel wonderful afterwards. I shouldn’t share too much or she’ll get too popular and I won’t be able to get in to see her! 😂
