I'm getting PT for my second injury/issue this year and have been working with Ali who is really knowledgeable and versatile in getting to the best solution. She's super personable too. The admin staff is friendly even at 7 in the morning! William just started there and he has been great too. I've worked with Peter, PT asst, who not only sets the playlist for the day but has stories of his pet chickens to share. Great culture there!

William is a fantastic PT! He was always very attentive to all information i was relaying with each visit. I like things explained in a little more detail so i can understand the why to the exercises and he always made sure to stop and re go over anything i had questions on and showed me modifications if i was having trouble. He would switch gears if i had a pressing concern for an area even if it wasnt on that day’s agenda and i really appreciate a therapist that goes above and beyond like that. Im not sure if advent health therapy has staff recognition awards like advent health nursing staff does but if they do i surely nominate William! All of the staff including up at the front are great, scheduling appointments and before visit paperwork was always a breeze! Ive been to a few different places but this location was by far the best experience ive had with therapy!

I recently started PT here to rehab after achilles surgery. Ali has been my main therapist and she is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and truly cares in getting you better. I have also had the pleasure of working with William and Peter who are also awesome. Everyone here is friendly and welcoming and the facility has all the tools needed to get you back to pre-injury status. 5 stars!

Went in for low back and training issues/pain while lifting. Kolby and Staff were absolutely spot on in treatment and engaging the problem. Their positive space and encouragement went far and the treatment has me feeling more confident and less pain , then the last 10 years. Thank you guys so much!!

This friendly, professional, happy environment is a pleasure to attend for me and the many repeat clients who attend on a regular basis. Young, older, disabled clients are treated with unconditional love. I have been a “family” member since 2022 working with Ali, Sierra, (Michelle), Peter, and Kolby for therapy, getting the best care I have ever received from PT experiences. I have visited RDV, Addison , Altamonte Springs locations and this is by far the most complete, educational, friendly, environment I have experienced. Working with Holly in the Wellness program has contributed to my focus on improving my issues that have been addressed through therapy. Unfortunately I have several physical issues in my body but with their attention to detail, support and welcoming atmosphere I continue to make this a priority in my daily routine. Everyone is sympathetic, understanding and supportive to my difficult lifestyle taking care of an invalid husband which contributes to my decline. I am truly grateful to have Ali at the helm with her vast knowledge of my several issues accessing each of my needs and seeing that I receive the utmost care. Kolby and Sierra add their twist and provide interesting exercises to mix up my plan of in house and at home workouts. Holly has over 25 years of experience and her ability to explain what we are doing, how everything works in the body and make me understand the exercise and benefits is a true GIFT to me as it helps me understand the reasons for our hard work. I am truly blessed to be in this environment and appreciate the warm welcoming smiles from Arkina and Destiny every time I run through the doors no matter what time of day. Why would anyone go to those overpriced stuffy gyms when the opportunity for self improvement, self worth and healing is here in “My happy place” THANK YOU ADVENT HEALTH for caring about me, and so many others in need of physical therapy and wellness programs for continued healing. I had an inflamed arthritic knee and wanted to continue with my exercise program. The staff is considerate and very informative. Kolby Golden, my Physical Therapist, lead me through a great recovery and a plan of action for the future.

I had an awesome experience at AdventHealth Sports Winter Park! I came in with lower back pain that was constant and affected everything I did. After 12 sessions the pain was gone and I got back to playing golf, my true passion. Chelsea was my therapist. She took a real interest in my case, worked me hard, gave me exercises to do at home, and somehow made the whole process fun. Everyone at this location was great and made me feel at home. Highly recommend this location!

Everyone is genuinely amazing. The front staff are friendly and helpful, the physical therapist are compassionate and knowledgeable. They really listen to what's going on and makes a plan tailored to you. They also have multiple specialty PT within the same building so if you happen to need PT and speech therapy, they can work together as a whole team. Everyone in this office works as a unit which makes it a great place to go. They truly go above and beyond
