AdventHealth Sports Med & Rehab Apopka

I highly recommend Advent Health Apopka Sports Med and Rehab! I was referred to Advent Health Apopka by my primary care physician for persistent neck pain. From the moment I walked into the clinic, I felt welcomed and cared about, from the front desk receptionists to the assistants and all the staff. My therapists took time to observe my movements and listen to my description of my pain, then began with a series of exercises to strengthen my neck. The exercises became progressively more difficult, but never more than I could handle, and I was given "homework" to do. After several sessions, I began to notice a huge difference! After one month of twice-weekly sessions, and doing my homework, I am almost pain free. Huge thank you to the amazing team that took care of me, Rafael, Stephanie, Mirella and Jordan!

My experience was very positive at Advent Health sports med. and rehab. The therapists were engaged not only in specifics but overall to help increase strength and make plans to continue after therapy is complete. Stephanie was a great help! Thanks goes to everyone at this facility!

My name is Dennis Diaz I received the best physician therapy to recover from my knee surgery at the Apopka Location Starting from the front office Rosa she is always very welcoming every time I came to my sessions! She was very flexible when I needed to change my appointment time My physical therapist Rafael and my physical therapy assistance Mirella were amazing! They made my recovery go so pleasant with my exercises but also really felt they care about my promptly recover I was with them for 6 weeks and it was amazing to be taken care of by this great team of professionals Thank you so Much!

I have received services twice in this clinic and have always been greeted with the friendliest of faces. The attention to details, the familiarity, and the “whole care experience” is truly remarkable from the entire team. I can name them all individually, how great each of them are - but honestly, the team should receive the upmost praise. Thank you for providing a safe, fun place for me to rehabilitate. I have been coming to this facility as a wellness patient with a health and exercise coach to guide me, for a year and a half now. I have MS (primary progressive) so the assistance I get twice a week from my professional and knowledgeable Advent Health coach has been crucial for my safety, continuing mobility, and success. My coach, Luz, always seems to know exactly how I should progress with both increased difficulty and challenging exercises to address new difficulties. I recommend that all patients receive help on an ongoing basis from a skilled coach- I have been saved from hurting myself on numerous occasions. Luz has corrected my form, prevented me from falling, created new challenging routines to help my mobility and so much more. I am grateful to the lovely staff at the Apopka facility for their steadfast kindness.

Everyone is very helpful and nice at this location. I have ran late multiple times and they always adjusted my appointments to my convenience and always made things easy for me.

My daughter loves coming to work out with Luz. It’s her favorite part of the week when she comes. If it were for her she would come everyday. She enjoys all the workouts Luz has her do (even though she comes out all tired and sore). We love Luz. The whole staff is wonderful. Highly recommend!

First, I must express how you impressed and appreciative of O'Neill I am. I stopped by with my new order for post operative therapy, just to get scheduled. He went above and beyond to take advantage of another person's cancellation. So that I was able to be seen TODAY! Incredible is all I can say. In this day and age of poor customer service and lack of consideration; he showed that his work isn't just "a job". He truly cared to get me seen to initiate care, due to booked schedules already. He is a MUST KEEP! Please know he made my day and week. Which was then topped off with my therapist, Frank. What a great way to start this long process of shoulder rehab. Please recognize and reward them both in some way.
