From day 1 of my meniscus repair recovery, I knew I was in good hands. The team here goes above and beyond to ensure you're taking the proper steps to get healthy, and they genuinely care about your progress. I am very proud of my progress during an 8-month recovery, but I couldn't have done it without the wonderful people here. Thank you to Tony, Lenni Jo, Faby, David, Yamil, and the rest of the team who helped me return to 100%.

If you are looking for a spot to recover from an injury this is the spot! I have gone back to back knee injuries here had two meniscus repairs on left and right knee. The energy and the way you connect with these trainers at the Sports rehab is great. Tony and David especially know how to take care of you. The AdventHealth facility downtown (on Terry Ave) is awesome. Having worked with David and Lettie Jo - as well as a few others who are training to be physical therapists and athletic trainers - I can easily say it is the best sports med and rehab facility I’ve ever seen anywhere in the world. And they deal with world class athletes, college and high school athletes, those recovering from injuries and surgeries, and those who just want better performance. While the facility is first class with all the newest equipment, it is Lenni Jo and David who make painful recovery and high performance training pleasurable. Two energized, knowledgeable and professional healthcare therapists! I look forward to every engagement with this team!

The Advent Health Training Center is the absolute BEST for Sports Med and Rehab!! This was the third rehab place that my daughter went to for a soccer related knee injury that she obtained in August of 2023. We started rehab here the beginning of March 2024 (my daughter couldn’t do squats or lunges, let alone run because of the pain from the injury), and by the end of May 2024 my daughter was running 5K’s, and doing CrossFit by the beginning of June. The entire staff is amazing. Everyone from the ladies at the front desk, to the physical therapists in the back. My daughter had Lenni Jo as her physical therapist, and trust me when I say that Lenni Jo is phenomenal!! She definitely knows what she’s doing, she pays attention to detail, and she has the best personality! She’s also very encouraging and enthusiastic, which makes the whole physical therapy process way more fun and enjoyable. She not only cares about healing the injury, but also cares about strengthening the surrounding muscles, and the overall health of her patients. Lenin Jo is top notch, as is this facility. Should my daughter or myself ever need physical therapy again in the future, Lenni Jo and the training center will definitely be our go to! Our only regret is that we wish we would have started at this place and had Lenni Jo from the start.

If you need Physical Therapy for anything, this is the absolute best place you could ever go. After a meniscus root tear repair (extensive knee and tibial surgery), I’m able to walk almost normally 9 weeks later (with the first 6 weeks being no walking at all!) because of the talents of this team, including Lenni Jo, Rachel, and Brandon. I’ve been to other PT centers in the past, and the knowledge and experience - and passion - of this team is beyond comparison. It’s Advent Health, which is already a fantastic organization, but this PT center specifically is the absolute best there is. My insurance covered it just like any other center, so there was no additional cost for this level of amazing. I can’t thank this team enough! 110% recommended.

First time doing PT after two falls. I came to the training center and they have the best service from receptionists, Doctors, and the incredible PT team! Marques and Rachel were life savers! Their professionalism, knowledge and care are second to none! I don’t want to finish my sessions! Will miss coming every week, but not coming also means you helped me heal. 🥹 thank you!

My daughter and I have been patients at the AdventHealth Training Center, and I cannot speak highly enough of the care and expertise we received from David, Russell, Melissa, and Antonio. My daughter faced an intense recovery after a major surgery, and without this team’s dedication, she wouldn’t be walking, dancing, or even back on the cheer squad at Winter Springs High School. They worked tirelessly to help her regain her strength, and now she’s back to doing the high-energy routines she loves. I later suffered a bicep tendon injury, and the moment I began working with Melissa and Antonio, I could feel my progress. I am seeing Rachael and Marques for a work toe injury that is also affecting my ankle, calf, etc. and I have seen so much improvement! I am a very athletic individual (martial arts, weight lifting, running, yoga, etc.) and my biggest fear is not being able to continue with my athletics. It is EVERYTHING to me. They are giving me so much hope! Their energy is fantastic too. Amazing to be around each time I go in! Thank you both so much! The front desk staff is so incredible, helpful and friendly too!
