Advent Therapy

Holley is a joy! She has shown both professionalism and personalism in her approach to helping me as I progressed through my journey in gaining back the use of my left shoulder!. I wish to thank her for support and care as well as the rest of the staff to include the welcoming front desk as they created an inviting atmosphere each and every time I had an appointment. again thank you!

When my newborn son’s primary care provider first told me he needed PT, I was nervous and honestly thought I’d dread having to take him to weekly appointments. That all changed at his first visit at Advent Therapy. I cannot speak highly enough of his physical therapist, Lindsey. At the first appointment, she did a great job of thoroughly explaining my son’s condition (what it is, how he may have got it, and how to correct it) in a way that was easy for a lay person to understand—along with providing a packet with detailed notes and pictures that I could constantly refer back to at home when doing his exercises. Every week, she has been so loving and caring towards my son while doing his exercises. Lindsey radiates positive energy and is such a pleasure to be around that I (and even my toddler/big sister!) truly look forward to his visits. Further, it’s clear the therapists are a close knit group which helps create a comfortable, welcoming office environment. My son has made great progress, too. I am so, so glad his referral went here!

I thoroughly enjoyed my physical therapy with the physical therapist at Advent Therapy. They were very kind, helpful, and motivating. They challenged me and encouraged me throughout my workouts. All of my experiences and interactions were enjoyable with the staff and owner. Thank you!

Loved the therapist my son was seeing so sad to part ways with her . But the office manager is absolutely unprofessional and has no empathy. We have had to cancel two appointments because my TWO year old son has been in and out of the hospital from being sick, and instead of showing a little compassion she wants to lecture my husband about missed appointments. Do you think as parents we want to cancel sessions that are helping our child? Absolutely not, nor do we want to bring covid/other sicknesses into the building. As a company you need to do better.

The physical therapy my daughter and I have received at Advent Therapy has been such a blessing! They have helped tremendously with our pain without any pain medication! Our results are amazing! The staff is very friendly and personable! The office has such a warm environment, and they have made us feel very welcomed. We really like how they are always having fundraisers for good causes in the community! Just cannot say enough good things!

I love the therapists that work with me and would give 5 stars if it wasn't how horrible the lady that runs the front desk is. Every time I come in she is rude and doesn't want to help work around circumstances that are necessary for me to continue to my sessions at this location. I am trying my best to continue coming here because as I said I love the therapists but am at the final straw with the front desk after today when I went to schedule my apt for the following week she said "what do you want" and when I went to tell her she interrupted me because she had to call a 'no show'... imo that should have waited until after we were done and was unprofessional to call them right in front of me stating their name and everything. My driver even said afterwards that it's anoying that any time I tried to speak the receptionist would interrupt me and was unwilling to work with me at all without even letting me speak. She also had told me I was a no show for my last appointment when I have the calls to prove I called 24 hours in advance and left a voice mail but she still told me in the future there would be a charge for no showing-- which i wasnt--- I called the day before. I felt like she called the person in front of me as some kind of petty show. She's unbelievably rude every time I come in and have just about had it.

I received physical therapy from Advent for my foot. It was a great group of therapists with a flexible schedule. Most importantly I saw good results after enduring nearly a year of pain. Would recommend for physical therapy needs.

We loved the ot specialist that our son was seeing and we hate that we had to end things on a bad note, but the lady Linda at the front was very rude about a insurance incident and we never even got an apology for the way she spoke to my husband. The owner is nice, but if Linda continues to be able to be rude to people she will lose business. It’s too many places that offer great services and will welcome you with a smile than to have to deal with someone like Linda.
