Advent Physical Therapy - Cherry Street

Alex at Cherry St. Advent was amazing! She was not only invested in my recovery from a therapy standpoint but in me as a whole person- she is compassionate and caring, she heard me when I spoke, she was 100% invested in my healing as a whole person, not just my physical injury. Even the smallest milestones in my therapy were celebrated and she pushed me through some of the hardest obstacles with kindness and reassurance. I am beyond grateful for the support and encouragement she provided every step of the way.

Dealing with billing for my treatment was a nightmare. I wasted hours sorting through a billing issue with them, and could not get accurate information from the front office. When I reached out to their billing department they were rude and unhelpful. They said several times they would call me back with an answer and never did. Errors are understandable, but the billing department made it very clear that they would not lift a finger to try to resolve things, not even with a call back. I received excellent care from my therapist, but it was certainly not worth the months spent sorting this out. I switched therapists and won’t recommend this place.

Everyone is so nice! Alexzandra is the Best Therapist I’ve ever had. She really listens and works the specific area that needs it. My pain is much less now. I’m so happy I found Advent and Alexzandra!

I was very happy with the care I received here. The physical therapist was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. I feel like she explained my physical situation and made me aware of the therapy I needed. I am very happy to move forward with the rest of my sessions.

Small but friendly office in the heart of downtown GR. Ciera is caring, passionate and knowledgeable about womens health. Would highly recommend. Also free parking so that's a bonus!

Ciera is truly the best! I have been her patient for several years, and I’m so pleased with the treatment I continue to receive. She meets me where I’m at that particular day, and will only do what I can tolerate. She is so pleasant and sweet! I’m excited to see where treatment takes me from here.

Although I am new, I felt everyone was helpful. Erica is my physical therapist. I am very happy with her. I feel she really knows what she is doing. I think she does a great job and I feel confident she can help me.
