Advantage Rehab & Orthopedic Physical Therapy

I went to see Kathy for my knee replacement 2 years ago. Back in 2021. She showed me the Great value that physical therapists have. Since then I have taken all three of my boys to see her for minor injuries that they have had due to sports. We are incredibly happy with Kathy.

I have seen Kathy since 2015. She is the best physical therapist around. So knowledgeable and compassionate. She helped rehab when I could barely walk from a bad back and helped me to a point that I almost contemplated not having the surgery I was slatted to have. She is the only person I trust when it comes to advice for my back. Period.

I have never seen some body refusing customers , I had 7 more physical therapy to do , but Diana advised me to use this treatments for later on when I really need it , telling me the Medicare don't accept more than 15 treatments a year , I accepted her advice ,, and then after few months I called Diana to re schedule me for the physical therapy , she refused me , telling me my prescription expired ( saying physical therapy prescription expire in 3 months ) then this is the question : if she know the prescri ption expire in 3 months why she asked me to use it later on ,,, any way I got her another prescription , but she refused me again telling me this, it doesn't have date , I asked her to call the Dr. to ask him the date , she refused , telling me I have to call , that's is really not good service to deny the patients in this way , any way I will look for another place which they welcome me to a big smile .
