Advanced Urgent Care & Occupational Medicine

I had a great experience at urgent care today. From the moment I arrived, the staff was kind and attentive. The check-in process was quick, and the waiting time was much shorter than expected. The nurse and doctor who saw me were extremely professional, taking the time to listen carefully and explain everything clearly. They made sure I felt comfortable and answered all of my questions. The level of care and attention to detail really stood out, and it made what could have been a stressful visit much easier. I left feeling confident that I was in good hands.

It was a pleasant experience. The receptionist was very nice. My grandson and I made appointments ahead of time and we checked in together. There was a wait, about 40 minutes. The facility was comfortable and clean so we didn’t mind the wait. Our nurse was Grace. She was very thorough and caring. The doctor was awesome as well. He checked us out quickly and had us on our way to pick up RX’s. We loved his Mississippi accent!🤗

When I first walked in I felt like a priority. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The nurse was great as well. Then the doctor came in she was the icing on the cake. I have never been to an urgent care facility that treated you with so much kindness and respect. Will definitely be going back there again.

Dr. Wayne is Awesome very knowledgeable listens & problem solves he also has great bedside manner with children & adults. The girls who work the front lobby are friendly & honest about the wait times & insurance. The pre-check nurses in back are great super friendly, quick & efficient. Thank you UC for taking such good care of us 💕

Love this place. Doctor was so caring, he seems very knowledgeable. Very pleased. Very glad I decided to go. I had lost a lot of trust in doctors but they are very caring here and want to take care of you.

This place is a joke! They apparently have a new policy where you have to leave a credit card on file for them to charge as they see fit OR pay $165 deposit above and beyond your copay or they refuse to see you! NOWHERE on their website does it state this "new policy" and when I told them this, I was pointed to a sign at their front desk and told that it states it there....Wrong!!!! Their sign talks about an HSA card, health savings account card, NOT a credit card! What a freaking scam!

Made an appointment and was seen not long after my appointment time. The NP was quick but efficient and I was out of there in about 20 mins. He thoroughly explained what was wrong and sent in my prescriptions quickly so that I could get back to feeling myself again. 10/10 would recommend.

Receptionist not too friendly (maybe just bad day), the lady that helped me in the room and Dr Wright were great, very pleasant and helpful. Had me in and out pretty quickly with explaining things thoroughly. I would definitely recommend this place.
