I had the very best experiences with both therapists and office staff. Kind and attentive, as well as extremely knowledgeable and able to help me understand my injury. I would highly recommend and would feel confident if they were treating my own family.

Consistently lies and say they never received any of the 3 referrals from 3 different doctors for my wife's physical therapy for knee replacement surgery ...left 5 messages, no response. Finally reached a live person today, and said no referral was sent to them which isn't true, because we have the copy of the referrals that we're faxed!!! The therapists are wonderful, but office staff need new training, or different staff needs to be hired

we feel very lucky and pleased that we found this place. my 91 year old mom had hip replacement surgery and Dr. Solis is so attentive, intuitive, hardworking, sensible, wellstudied, personable, he listens then dives right in and targets the situation. i love seeing it. he has been gentle and patient but pushes my mom so her strength, flexibility, balance, endurance, ...keeps getting better and better and better. you really get individual help here. we recognize that. and we appreciate all the staff in the office. very polite, competent, swift, caring, efficient and kind. office is clean, modern, welldecorated. we are very happy here. thank you to everyone that makes this happen. great office

I think that Jose is an Awesome Therapists he takes his time with the reason that You are there for Therapy he does one on one Therapy with You and he always explains how each Therapy exercise that he is having You do why he is doing it and how it’s going to help You he’s very respectful and nice if I could give him more than 5 stars I would do it and I would recommend anyone needing Physical Therapy to the Advanced Spinal Rehabilitation Physical Therapy Clinic

Dr. Solis is amazing! My daughter had extreme back pain, he was able to get her feeling better after the first appt. He has great bedside manner and really cares about his patients.

I was referred to ASR as part of a workman's comp claim. It was my first time doing physical therapy and I was very happy with the care I received from this office. The front desk staff person is super sweet, and my physical therapist, Raymond, was professional and cared about me as an individual. I would recommend ASR and Raymond in particular to my friends and family. Thank you ASR for taking care of me.

I am recovering from shoulder surgery and have had 4 therapy sessions here to date. All the therapists have been very good. This morning I woke up sick and called to reschedule my afternoon appointment. The woman who answered the phone was curt, rude and unprofessional. She immediately told me they had no other appointments this week and ask if I was sure I couldn't make it. Her answer was so quick there is no way she had time to check the availability of other appointments. I told her no I was sick and I would just pick up another appointment next week. She persisted asking me again if I was sure I couldn't make it. I repeated no that I was sick, then she asked again in a very snide tone was I sure I couldn't make it. I said yes I was sure and she told me I would have to pay a cancellation fee. "It's in our policy." She informed me. OK, perhaps it is in the policy, however it makes me wonder how many patients have been badgered into coming in sick by this woman then being treated in common ateas with other patients. I have cancelled the remainder of my appointments and will seek care elsewhere. Sorry I did not get the woman's name, but with an attitude like that I'm sure the entire office knows who she is. Customer service training is definitely in order.
