My experience at Advanced Therapy Solutions has been extremely positive. The therapists I have worked with are obviously very well trained to individualize a program that fits each client’s needs and abilities. They offer a holistic approach that goes beyond a mere exercise program.

I give this place a 0 because the lady I talked to on the phone was very rude and very disrespectful to me. I don’t remember her name but I tried to make an appointment up which was going to be tomorrow but I tried to get out of it because of how rude and disrespectful she was to me. If she’s like that on the phone then I can’t imagine how I’ll be treated in person. Thankfully I’m out of there but the weird thing was I wasn’t on the patient list to begin with. Turned out she had me cancelled the whole time and never even bothered to call me about it. So if anybody goes to this place don’t say I didn’t warn you. Have a good day and start treating your patients with respect. Thank you.

This is my second time working with APT. One word sums it up, FANTASTIC. The staff is excellent and always polite and helpful. My therapist, Todd, is definitely a cut above. Interaction is great. The exercises push me but are getting the desired results quickly. I would not consider trusting my care to any other provider after being with APT.

All the staff is very attentive and appear to care about your recovery. The sessions start and end on time. The open facilities are spacious enough that you aren't invading someone's privacy and vice versa. I would recommend this facility to anyone in the area.
