Overall good customer care and they did a great job starting me off.. But this place didn't really get me far. Poor communication on how hard I should be going of rehab not supplying a good recovery plan. All these .people told me was that I was "healed" and to keep going but gave no direction. A week later, I attempted a mile walk and my ankle flared up tremdously. 2 weeks later, I still cant walk. This shouldn't happen if im "healed". Honestly I don't understand what rehab is and if this is it, this is an issue

I am amazed how quickly I became pain-free! My shoulder is finally able to have more mobility which improves the quality of my everyday life! The physical therapist is amazing and very knowledgeable!

The staff was excellent and experienced. They listen to my needs and adjusted my therapy to fit my life and experience, why when they did my progress skyrocketed. They worked with my schedule and Chloe at the front desk was phenomenal at scheduling or adjusting my schedule when things came up. I highly recommended APT.

I had a really good first visit. Nick was super helpful and enthusiastically worked to help me troubleshoot my knee pain. I felt that my concerns were heard and my experience with my injuries was taken into account and not disregarded as is the case with other medical professionals I’ve been to. I do the exercises that have been prescribed but ultimately time will reveal the results. UPDATE: I have finished several months of physical therapy and am happy to report that the knee injury I originally thought I might need surgery to fix is resolved. I am pain free and have my stability back. I began my therapy with Nick and continued on with Tony when Nick moved. Both were extremely helpful, skilled therapists. I now have a set of maintenance exercises I can do a couple times a week to keep my progress. Thank you to everyone at advanced physical therapy, I highly recommend them.

The therapists are in tune during each visit to be sure we are doing techniques that are challenging but not too strenuous. They are attentive to achieving progress and very good at checking in on the patient's needs and limits.

I have had great success working with APT. Demetra & Mark are wonderful providers. I went in after ankle surgery and Demetra definitely helped me regain my activity at a good rate and I was able to get out skiing sooner than expected! Thank you!

After reading previous entries it would be remiss of me not to share my own experience with APT. I am a 60 year old man referred by Kenai spine with sciatica then assigned Demitra Apergis as a therapist. The lack of professionalism begins with a absence of punctuality as Ms.Apergis was seven to ten minutes late for every appointment. There was rarely a preceding patient and never explanation or apology, it went unmentioned unless by me. Included amongst the obvious distractions are a romance with her colleague and a pet dog, the former making me feel uncomfortable. I did learn some exercises that helped with the pain and mobility but therein lies my biggest complaint. The complete lack of encouragement towards me making improvement then indifference once I had. A good therapist and a good coach have much in common though neither with Ms.Apergis. In summary if after two or three sessions you don't connect with the coach or detect apathy find a different one as therapy is a long process.

My experience with APT was incredible! When I came to them with severe lower back pain I could barely walk. Demitra Apergis was my therapist and she was extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk with, and thorough in her explanation of why we were doing what we were doing. After six weeks of guidance, suggestions, and therapy, I was again doing the activities I used to be able to do, but also with confidence! My heartfelt thanks goes out to Demitra and the APT team!! Suggestion to readers: Do your exercises at home not just at your appointment!!
