Advanced Physical Therapy of Watertown

I have had such amazing results from the therapy at APTOW. I had back pain, severe weakness in both legs and suffered from balance issues. Came in walking with a cane or walker. After several months of twice a week therapy my back is much better, the strength in my legs and my balance have improved greatly. I no longer need a walker or cane to get around. The wonderful therapists at APTOW have given me my life back. Thank you Paul Locy

Absolutely amazing people. I have some complicated issues as far as most things that work for others can hurt me. A lot of neck/upper back issues and they take the time to help me and figure out what I need. They don't just send me off to do a couple computer generated exercises during my session time like most places. I couldn't recommend this place anymore!

Had Total Knee Replacement and heard about APTOW. Wanted a place that would work me hard when I was there and they did! They also use the Astym method on scar tissue. Ended up with really good reflection and good extension. They tried hard to get those last few degrees, but my leg would not cooperate. Have ended therapy, but feel I can call with any questions or concerns about my home exercise program. The people were great and I would highly recommend APTOW to anyone who wants to see good results!

Went after knee replacement had my initial evaluation with took no more than 30 minutes. Went for my next appointment worked on a bike for about 10 minutes. When I was done was stretched and then when it was at 27 minutes the office manager came in and said her next patient was there. My knee was literally dropped and I was handed my shoe and told I was done. No ice, no care. I was told the time was dictated by my insurance and I only had 30 minutes. I called my insurance and they informed me that my appointment should be based on what I need not a time frame. I called to speak with the office manager and tried to work this out with no one calling back. I am extremely disappointed in my care and lack of compassion. Knee replacement rehab takes time and work. So disappointed that no one even called back to address this issue.

I first went to APTOW for my therapy after knee surgery in 2018. Love all of the staff and therapist. It is very professional and friendly. My doctor assigned me to therapy for another issue and I went back to the ladies at APTOW. I will return to them in the future if need be. I find they are through with there treatments. Thank you APTOW

Amazing! I love the main therapist. She has helped me so much! The front desk ladies are amazing too. They always work with my schedule and call me whenever there is an opening for times I request. Super friendly

Great service. Lovely staff. I went in for rotator cuff issues from weightlifting and they were able to get me back in the game. I couldn't recommend them any higher. Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience every time. They are pet friendly. Professional and clean. The staff is very friendly, professional, and they really listen to your concerns. Great facility all around.
