Advanced Physical Therapy of Rockland, PLLC

After having 3 discs removed from my back I was sent for physical therapy. Gail and her staff are professional, knowledgeable and always ensure I am receiving the proper treatment. She stresses the importance of working the exercises correctly while explaining exactly what I am accomplishing with each session. Gail has given me instructions showing the various workouts I must do at home and follows up with me on my next visit to review my progress. I recommend Gail and Advanced Physical Therapy to anyone needing a physical therapist.

Physical therapist has a decent knowledge base but has a very strong personality. Did not make me feel comfortable. Also, seems more concerned about getting paid then taking care of patient's needs. She is a good fit for some individuals I suppose, but with all the options, it would behoove someone to find a atmosphere that is tolerant and compassionate.

Following an appt with my pain mgmt doctor for PT, I was recommended to Gail’s Advanced PT by my PCP’s office. Had my first appt with her in late June (and continuing to date) - she is professional, pleasant and very hands-on! Gail provides you with best services for your PT and always allows you to not over-stress yourself, but will push you when she believes it’s necessary. Gail’s office team (Janet, other Gail & Neeisa) are just as professional and pleasant. I would highly recommend Gail (and her team) for your PT needs and recovery. I’m sorry but I usually would not say anything about a customer service.I guess I didn’t fully understand what the receptionist was trying to do & I was scheduled to do a consultation & a session on same day. So I call back to say I wanted to do them on separate days. Instead of her explaining nicely that it would mess up the schedule for her. She called me & started talking to me like I was a child & I was telling her oh ok I understand ,but she kept on ignoring my apology & saying that if this is the way it’s going to be then she will cancel.well after being talked to like I was 5 years old .I told her to cancel the whole thing.I never had any issues like that before.I’m always responsible & respectful to people. I never even got started & already it was a bad vibe. She also left me a long voicemail sound like my mother & im 59 years old. Just saying everyone makes mistakes & people should be more caring to others.

Gail Bock-Frankel is extremely knowledgeable, and extremely caring. She spends time listening and sourcing the problem. Highly recommend.
