Advanced Physical Therapy

A few years ago I had a loose tendon on my knee area. The orthopedic doctor recommended injections (which are steroids that could eventually cause cancer or thyroid problems). I told him that I refused to take injections and to give me another alternative. He recommended a therapist that was in that same Whitehorse complex but by mistake i ended up at #422. It was a blessing in disguised. I was able to workout and run again within 3 months of therapy. Twice a week for 3 months, that's all I needed. I highly recommend this guy. He uses an homeopathic way to heal you.

I've been to physical therapy numerous times for numerous injuries. I tried Advanced Physical Therapy in Hamilton and would NEVER go anywhere else. I was told I needed a disc replacement surgery, or steroidal injections. Actually, I just needed to be patient and find a good physical therapist. I'm now almost back to 100%...no surgery, and no injections necessary.
