I was referred to Advanced Physical Therapy after I experienced pubic symphysis diastasis after a vaginal delivery. Sandy McDonald was my assigned pelvic floor therapist. Sandy was very kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and most importantly caring. She challenged me with various exercises to relieve my pain, strengthen my pelvis, and provide me with more flexibility to get back into my daily routine. I started therapy on a walker with a serola sacroiliac SI belt. Today, I can walk with no aids. I would highly recommend Sandy and the excellent staff at Advanced Physical Therapy.

Very professional environment! They provided a secluded, private area to provide the therapy needed. The therapist (Moix) put me at ease, was so therapeutic in her approach. She provided explanations for my condition and options for treatment. I felt comfortable the entire time! I would recommend this therapy center 10 out of 10!

Want to say a special thank you to Matt and the entire team for my therapy. Not only was the therapy great, but every person was very professional and very friendly to work with. Excellent job on my rotator cuff. Thank you very much.

Great physical therapists but beware of their billing office. I luckily keep all receipts and diligently check Explanation of Benefits statements, otherwise their billing office would've gotten well over $1,000 from me that my insurance had already paid them. Their billing office claimed it was because their system rolled over from outsourced to an in-house system. But regardless, if you don't check what they bill you, you may be giving them money you do not owe. So just watch that if you do see a therapist there. I feel sad because I had an incredible experience with Crystal for leg/quad PT and Sarah for Pelvic Floor PT, but the whole billing fiasco has made me scared to ever go back. I should get an honorary PhD in accounting for the amount of checking, calculating and spreadsheeting I did to prove to them that I did not owe them.

I have received services at Advanced Physical Therapy twice, and both times were a great experience. The therapists and techs were all great to work with. Everyone is knowledgeable, patient, and caring. It is easy to make and reschedule appointments, and the Little Rock facility is great.

They have taken great care of my Dad after he suffered a stroke. He is able to stay out of the nursing home since he can get around the house! Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Advanced Physical Therapy! My urologist referred me to address pelvic floor issues after a prostatectomy. I was also recovering from hip replacement surgery at the same time. Sarah was great in addressing both issues and my improvement over the course of 6 weeks was dramatic! She is knowledgeable and professional and took all the time necessary to explain things and answer all my questions. I am nearly fully recovered and am grateful to have my life back. Thank you!

Advanced Physical Therapy has been a real joy to visit. The onboarding was absolutely seamless, they told me my anticipated copays before I ever had a visit, and I was scheduled and on the list to begin my care plan from the comfort of my work chair within all of 15 minutes. I don’t know many people who are “eager” to go to PT, given the pain or challenges it can present, but I genuinely look forward to going each time, and knowing I will benefit from the treatments there. Tyler B. has been my PT, and he’s always been incredibly friendly and encouraging given my recovery from extended issues due to multiple spinal fusions. If you have orthopedic needs, I highly recommend seeing him. I’ve also worked with Elliott, who has probably one of the friendliest personalities I’ve encountered in ages. Apart from my own care, I’ve been impressed while being with them to see the therapists address and interact with other patients with whom they are clearly familiar, despite not being on their own care list. It’s apparent this clinic takes extreme ownership not only in providing positive care plans, but making you feel encouraged and supported along the way to improved health. I’ve long wondered if my physical state was just something I was going to have to endure the rest of my life, but in the short time I’ve been going, I’m already seeing marked improvement in my mobility, strength, and feeling of support throughout my day, which has helped me mentally, as well. I feel holistically encouraged and motivated to continue my care plan outside of prearranged meeting times to improve and enjoy the new freedoms I’m finding. Thank you, all!
