Advanced Physical Therapy

I had several difficulties when I started a year ago. We started with strengthening my back then moved to preparing me for and recovering from knee replacement surgery, and finally recovering from a knee manipulation. Will was really great about tailoring every session to meet my needs for that day while always pushing me forward. I always felt like we were on a team with my recovery. He was great at communicating what I needed to do to progress. I have been to several physical therapists, but advanced physical therapy is by far the best. It is the first place I have been where I actually fully recovered. They worked so hard to make the whole process as easy as possible. Christy was so helpful with working through any insurance difficulties we had. She was very persistent and also made sure that I got the best coverage I could. I am so glad to be back to 100% and I am thankful that I had the right people with the right expertise helping me make that a reality.

After being rear-ended left me with chronic neck pain, I didn’t know if I’d ever have a fully pain-free day again. I’m so glad I went with Advanced PT for my physical therapy needs! Will and the rest of the Advanced team were always friendly, helpful and caring. The PT I did with Will has been life changing. I now go hours and days without feeling my neck at all, whereas beforehand, I felt pain or discomfort in my neck at all times. From movement and stretching, to massage and dry needling, Will made me a believer as the neck pain gradually started decreasing. I couldn’t be more grateful and thankful to Will and team for the serious improvement to my life, both daily, and overall, now that I’m so much more comfortable, physically. Thank you!

I was having knee pain when I would go running and Advanced Physical Therapy was recommended to me. I called and scheduled an initial evaluation without a doctor’s referral. And I’m so happy I decided to give a try! After the first few sessions with Alex I started noticing a difference in the stability and strength around my knees and hips. By the end of my treatment plan I had zero knee pain. The office is clean, well organized, and always has great music playing. All of the staff were friendly and professional. He worked with me for three months, and when I got discouraged, he encouraged me to trust the process. He was right, I finally got relief!

This was my first experience with physical therapy and it went great! Alex, Jacob, Meredith, and all the other staff were great at welcoming and supporting me through the whole healing process. Brought my daughter, a high school XC runner, in yesterday, and this place was fabulous! Hoping for a good outcome. Alex treated her respectfully and with self-deprecating humor that really set her at ease. He took her through multiple exercises to determine the cause of her problem, then addressed it. He curated a list of at-home exercises and gave us a handout to guide her through them. The clinic is clean, friendly, and welcoming. Parking was easy. We will 100% be using APT for any future concerns.

Advanced Physical Therapy is so much more than physical therapy in so many ways!! This might sound hokey but Alex truly saved my life. I went from debilitating pain and worsening symptoms of weakening motor skills. Alex not only read through the doctors notes but truly listened to me, heard me and sought to work with me to restore my health! Because Alex listened and worked with me he helped my doctors figure out the cause of most of my symptoms. The team at Advanced Physical Therapy truly cares about the whole patient.
