This was a second excellent experience for me at this facility. (Back in 2022 I received help for a problem with my neck, with great results, thanks to the expert advice and guidance by Aaron). This time, I worked mainly with Ashley, a patient, kind, compassionate and competent therapist, whose great insights into the possible causes of the problem I was experiencing with my right hip and knee, combined with an excellent choice of appropriate exercise routines, brought about great results in strengthening the muscles involved, reducing the pain and discomfort, improving mobility, and eliminating a concern that this may be a permanent and debilitating condition. The friendly, cheerful and welcoming atmosphere in the facility greatly contributed to my looking forward to each session. This was an experience that will stay in my fond memories. I am sincerely and deeply grateful for it. Ranka Mulkern Dearborn, MI

Everyone working at APT is very skilled, friendly, and truly interested in each person's growth! They're obviously a team who knows how to work together for all of our support. The office staff is great as well...flexible, knowledgeable and friendly 👌 I couldn't ask for more!

I started going because I had a Cervical Spine Fusion C4-C7, existing hardware removed from C5-C6... replaced with new plates to include C4 and C7. Original surgery was 2010, so I'm sure you could imagine the level of difficulty I am facing to heal after factoring in scar tissue removal and autoimmune diseases. You get the picture, handle me with care and patience because at any moment my body will dictate the course of my day. I was anxious to get some motion back in my neck. I choose not to name the therapists, but I was never seen by the initial therapist again. (October 10) I chose early morning hours but not informed she didn't work these hours. I saw 3 other therapist prior to requesting a discharge for this incident . I found myself having to continuously explain my back story and each one. My treatment was paddling on a seated bike, yellow stretch bands to my side, squeezing back blades, hunch shoulders, rotate my head 15 degrees, hand pully and lay on heat for 15 minutes. I left in worst condition than when I arrived on day one because my other body parts were aching. These exercises did nothing for my neck. I'm disappointed that there was no consistency. My husband drove me ever morning at 7:30am $40 a visit on disability (fixed income) and my time was wasted. He heard many conversations where the receptionist has been pushy with the clients. At first it was him telling me, until I called and cancelled an appointment and Laura tells me if I'm in pain I need to be there and not at Pain Management. I said "My body needs to rest I feel like my Lupus is flaring or Fibromyalgia is winning". She said " the director would be calling me to discuss why I am not on the schedule and they would reach out to my insurance? (WHAT)" The only reason you better call my insurance is for authorization. **Side Note:The cool thing was this great app that included Limbar, that showed actual demonstrations. On Friday November 8 one particular therapist gave me the best neck treatment while on the table. Started October 10- November 8) about 10 visits Ahbeer calls me I explain my concerns and how much pressure this lady tries to place upon the patients. Laura told me they blocked out an hour time for me and I shouldn't wait so late to cancel... Life controls Life, I'm an Adult way past grown, when I knew you knew and I gave you notice the day before.. I informed Ahbeer since Laura threatened a possible discharge because I was not on the schedule but verbally in contact during the 2 day week. I informed her that I would help I requested a discharge effective my last visit on November 8 and I notified my insurance of what had taken place with the last date of therapy. Ahbeer please train your staff to guard client information with more care. Please have them respect a clients wishes if they say they will call back, threats of discharge is ridiculous because just as your facility is selected there are many more in competion. Please notify the receptionist that she/he is unaware of a patients medical condition and if you are supplied with a reason accept it...doubt it in private. Please inform your therapist, it is unethical to call a patient's doctor to verify if they have an appointment (note: if I knew the patient who they did this to, I would tell) In life we all have choices and mine is to make others aware of my experience and allow them to decide how to handle who they trust with their care. They offered to let me use their gym and therapists for 30 days. They need to refund my deductible for not focusing on why my doctor sent me and the awful experience I received. **Note: People like me have Rheumatologist and Hematologist also. If I could give a Zero I would because the Tone for Customer Service is set at the front desk. Read the other reviews

I have been to Advance Physical Therapy for therapy for my neck, hip replacement and for knee therapy. Every time I have come I have been treated with the utmost respect and kindness from each and every one of the employees from the front desk, to the Head therapist to the assistance who help the therapist. I would highly recommend this place very very much and if I ever have to go again, I will return!!!

Advanced Physical Therapy is great place to recover from any kind of physical hindrance. I watched the staff as they helped many patients with their physical ails. Joanne along with other staff members, helped me to solve my problem with tripping myself while walking. I could not walk 10 steps without tripping, didn’t fall, but had to catch myself from that fate. After much work was able to walk the Mackinaw Bridge walk this Labor Day 2024 and that was a good 5 mile hike and I did it without one trip event.

I would highly recommend Advanced Physical Therapy based upon the expertise and knowledge of each physical therapist. I noted that most of the therapists studied at Wayne State University and other colleges, which are all highly regarded schools for p.t. Unlike other p.t. clinics, you work with all the p.t.'s on staff which is a benefit to the patients. Lastly, the admin staff is so accommodating should you need to reschedule your p.t. session. I hope one doesn't need p.t., but if so, please consider ADVANCED PHYSICAL THERAPY.

I loved everything about Advanced Physical Therapy: PT's and assistants who were knowledgeable, patient, and conscientious about my rehab, receptionists who accommodated my schedule, and clients who were friendly and personable. The PT's, especially Aaron, Jawad, and Brian, created a rehab plan that was both challenging and accomplishable. I will definitely return there if I need any further rehab.

I’ve been treated at Advanced PT for weeks, and I really enjoyed it! I did not want to come, but could not believe how soon I was feeling better. The staff could not be friendlier. I was under Jawad most visits, and I have such confidence in his choices of exercises. He’d adjust as he listened to me, each time. I felt Jawad was incredibly knowledgeable, and truly helped this 72 year old rusty body get stronger, and experience much more comfort that I would have imagined. I learned a lot from him. Other therapists helped me too. Everyone was so encouraging, and beyond pleasant. The entire place, from Amy at the front desk, to each therapist, created a fun atmosphere!
