Love this place, Ellen is a great PT! She really takes the time to understand your issue, diagnose you, and come up with a rehabilitation plan that will help! Very friendly and helpful staff too!

I’ve know Ellen and Belinda for years so when I needed physical therapy their office was my 1st choice. It was very easy to make an appointment and they were happy to work around my schedule. My personalized exercise plan is sent to my phone with examples of how to do each exercise. I’m looking forward to finally getting relief from my year long journey with planters fasciitis.

The entire staff, from the receptionist to the medical professionals, went above and beyond. The level of expertise demonstrated is truly impressive. They took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explain the diagnosis and treatment options, and address any questions or uncertainties I had. i am pleased that i chose APT to continue my rehab when i left the hospital. The staff has been friendly and helpful with everything from paperwork, insurance, scheduling as well as knowledgeable to the work i needed. facility is always clean. and appointment times are kept.

I have gone to Advanced Physical Therapy for 3 recoveries now; two knee replacements & one back surgery. I have been impressed with their care every time. Their knowledge of the body & appropriate therapy keeps me coming back. I have a background in exercise but appreciate their ability to fine tune movement to benefit my recovery. They listen to what’s going on with my body & provide care with that info in mind. If I am having a tough day, they switch to modality treatment. They challenge me with physical therapy when I am capable of more, but attentive to my body’s response. They are caring, kind, but most important, capable. They know what they are doing!

This business was built the right way: with motivated, smart, compassionate staff, a high diversity of equipment and exercises, in clinic and home, with excellent results. My therapist, Alex, was fantastic. I am recovering from major spine surgery and went from wearing a brace and being able to walk with pain for less than 10 minutes/day to being able to walk for 2+ hours continuously with none or minimal pain.

APTC is truly a gift to the Conway area. Ellen is the ultimate PT professional and her office staff are very accommodating. I highly recommend them.
