Dr. Soliman was a heaven sent for me. I have been suffering from pelvic floor dysfunction which caused bladder hyperactivity to the point of keeping my life on hold. After the first section in which I learned exercises to relax my pelvic floor I started getting better and noticed that I was sleeping through the night without waking up for my regular bathroom trips. My life has improved to the point where I sometimes can hold my urine for up to 5 hours as opposed to every 30 minutes. This therapy has been a blessing.

Thank you Dina you really made me understand how to do bladder retraining, drink as much water as I want without running more to the bathroom. Now I will finish all my meetings without any interruptions to run to the bathroom, and enjoy drinking more water to help reaching my ultimate weight.
