I love this place. They truly take constructive criticism and make necessary changes in the office to make the clients/patients more comfortable. Thank you for this- to the office staff & to the office manager who has personally set aside time to speak with me and hear me out. HUGE shout out to Kindra. She’s as patient as her must patient patient even though she does her job of listening to our needs very seriously. Nothing gets by her. She determines what we feel is best for us and weighs that with her own vast expertise. In this- I can promise you- I’ve gotten some of the most effective treatment here ever in Tucson. Thank you, advanced pain management.

Today was my first time here. The front staff were so sweet. Cheerful and made it more comfortable for me, being a new client. Mickayla saw me first. Very personable and great at her job. Angela ,(doc) I saw next ..great communication , knew exactly what I was saying. And is going to help treat my bad knee. .I look forward to my next appointment.i trust advanced pain management with my back and knee pain. Thanks to the wonderful treatment I received from the second I walked through the door!

Normally nurse practitioners are excellent doctors. I usually prefer them over doctors because they are more understanding. This new one I just met.... ugh the ugliest bed side manner, very rude. She was angry/ upset from the time I walked into the appointment. Now grant it, I didn't pay attention to some questions, but pain doesn't always allow you to be as thorough. But even to ask why I was wearing sunglasses? We'll mam, because my eyes are sensitive. And not that she asked, but how she asked. As though i was bothering her. I always wear them, lights are bright. I've never had, not even a doctor, be so rude. She didn't calm down untill I asked her if i should ask my oncologist to okay a procedure. I know they deal with lots of patients, but don't be ugly. I didn't come into the clinic negative. I never do. I'm not a difficult patient. I always thank them and let them know I appreciate them. As a matter of fact I try to be as pleasant as possible because I know they have long work days and see way more patients then doctors, or then they probably should. I asked to not be seen by her again. I so wish Lisa was still there... she was awesome. 😔 hopefully the other new nurse practitioner has a better disposition. There's no reason to be rude. I've never gone in the clinic yelling or angry or asking for my meds now.... that's being a horrible patient. Hopefully, she was just having a bad day. I hope shes not like that with everyone. If so. They might need to replace her. The sad part is the clinic has always been wonderful. And 1 person made that all change...... also I never give clinics or doctors bad reviews because I know they are over worked, but this lady....yikes!! Not good!!

Mohammad Wahid FNP is very helpful and listened to my requests very much appreciated. Edit: my review will be lowered since I had an issue with a front desk employee being very rude and cutting me off mid conversation then raising her voice at me. Dr's are good other staff awful.

Very thorough. Only issue is getting information re: referral. Person who answered the phone could not help me and transferrrd me. Had to leave a VM. Last time I left a VM, had to call back after 2 days because no one called me within the 24 hours.

I would give negative stars for the incompetent and complete disinterest in my actual chronic illnesses, autoimmune diseases and chronic pain(with suspected multiple sclerosis).I wish I could have seen this Kendra person who all these reviews say is so wonderful. Instead I got this grossly negligent nurse practitioner. He immediately said he refused to take me as a patient based on the word of a random doctor when I had actual proof of what really happened to me. He disregarded it, was condensending, did not ask a single medically relevant question. I'm also autistic and have a major disadvantage from this alone, he walked into the room and saw my fidgeting with a fidget toy and automatically made up his mind but continued to ask irrelevant questions and be condescending to me, he dismissed me the Moment he saw me. The only thing I got to say was in response to his non medical question. He never even looked at the important papers I gave him for ADA accommodations for autism /all of m health issues, chronic disease. Not fair, not compassionate or looking out for the best interest of me the patient. I wasted my precious time and energy to get help for serious issues and I was totally ignored and asked a question that was irrelevant just to waist my time. Didn't offer anything at all just that he refused to take me as a patient for like I've said are documented, diagnoses, and issues that require pain management. Also the nurse tried to take my pulse ox and failed for over 10 minutes straight and then tells me that she did not remember from school how to do it manually.... Worste experience aside from the one I have pending litigation against. If you are looking for actual pain management with a Dr who will examine you and order imaging and talk with you about your pain and give prescription medication for people who need them, please don't go to this place. I've let them know what I think about this situation as well. The blatant discrimination of chronic pain sufferers has to stop. We are struggling.

He listened well. No treatment til get MRI on hip. Not able to tell me about nerve block Have to wait a long time for MRI and can't go back til week later . Felt rushed bc I was late getting to paperwork appt. Front assistant not very friendly or enthusiastic. One who took paperwork. Thought Dr was caring which is important. Hope he can help me reduce pain soon.
