Review of Poor Patient Care Experience I had an unfortunate experience with my ablation procedure on September 20, 2024, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. While the staff was quick to attend to me, I felt the overall approach to patient care was severely lacking. During my visit, I was brought back by a medical assistant who informed me of the procedure’s name. After a brief discussion about my medical history with the anesthesiologist, I was put under anesthesia. When I woke up, I found myself sitting in a wheelchair in another room with very little monitoring. I was only observed for about 10 minutes before being sent out to my car while still feeling dazed and out of it. What was particularly disheartening was that the doctor who performed my procedure never introduced themselves or discussed what I could expect during or after the procedure. I felt like just another name on a schedule, not a patient deserving of individualized attention. As someone who works in the medical field, I understand that these procedures are routine for medical professionals, but this was my first experience. I felt incredibly vulnerable when I woke up disoriented and without any information about what had transpired. I am extremely disappointed in the patient care I received and am now apprehensive about future procedures. I hope that Advanced Pain Management can take this feedback seriously and work towards transforming their approach to offer more personalized care. Patients deserve to feel valued and cared for, not like they are just part of an assembly line.

Dr Johnson is very personal able. He takes his time explains things so the patient can understand it. It keeps the conversation real. He is a very nice person and a wonderful doctor. I would and have recommended him to my friends.

Johnson Wong has been incredibly helpful, consistently going above and beyond to assist me with whatever I need. What stands out even more is his genuine interest in my well-being. He always takes the time to ask how I'm doing and seems truly invested in making sure I'm comfortable and supported. It's rare to find someone who not only excels in their role but also brings such a personal touch to their interactions.

Dr Johnson is very nice, well knowledge concerning, listens well. Does his best to make you comfortable as well do whats best to keep your pain under control. Fast appointment time, easy going. Staff very nice as well. I recommend him to anyone. He was feeling in for my doctor Susan she was on vacation. I love my doctor Susan, sadly she will be leaving. So Johnson will be the next alternative. I appreciate both of them. Thank you.

Johnson Wong was very professional and very courteous. I don't usually go to this location,..but missed my regular appt at my regular location. Johnson Wong was having an unusually busy day, and was a bit behind. He ended up calling me for a TeleMed secession. I was pleasantly surprised. I almost want to change over to his location and see him every month. Thanks so much for everything Johnson. Your obvious caring meant a lot.

He was gentle, quick and an amazing Dr. made me feel comfortable and let me know exactly how long it will take to start working. I highly recommend him to anyone needing injections or any other pain services!

Dr Wong is friendly and puts you at ease though he does talk very fast. He took the time to ask questions and find out what the problem was. He is determined to help and resolve any problems. I would recommend him.
