Advanced Pain Diagnostic & Solutions

I have been going to this practice for the past 4 years. I love the staff and Dr. Jackie Parker is absolutely the best doctor I have ever met. She is caring, understanding, loving, and compassionate. She really cares about you and the pain you are going through. She goes above and beyond. I'm heartbroken that I have to go to another pain management clinic because of my insurance. If you are looking for a doctor who listens and truly cares I recommend Jackie Parker and her amazing staff.

I'm leaving this review for my wife. She had a telephone appointment today. The office called at 8:45am to check her in. My wife never got her chance fir the Dr cause they never called her back. This is not the first time she has run out of her medication. She has been without medicine for upwards of 23 days. Her other Dr says that's not good for her She has RA. It's impossible to speak to a Dr there. We have paid good money for her . She runs out of medication every month almost because of the lack of care from this clinic. Today is the next day and the Dr still has not called her or sent the pharmacy a refill request. She had a appointment yesterday. The Dr never called her. These people are playing God.

If I could rate zero, or negative I would. I have patience with people. I do. But Audrey on the phones was rude and nasty to my mother in law. She refused to tell her who she was, what organization she was with, and why she was calling. Claiming that under the HIPAA act, she did not have to disclose any information regarding who she was, and who she worked for. My mother in law just wanted to know who she worked for and why she wanted her personal information. This lady made her cry. My mother in law is the most kind and patient person I've ever met. Honestly. I work customer service. This lady was just rude and nasty. I will not recommend this place to anyone, and will not go there myself. The people who make your phone calls represent you, and are a representation of your organization just like any other worker. I represent my organization everytime I clock in. She paints a very bad picture of this place, and that's sad because my mother in law needed those services and now has to drive out of town. Beyond disappointed.

Staffs and doctors are great. U don’t have to sit long time in waiting room. Everything thing are on time . They help u get well with healthy life.

Good people to work with.. but beware my first office visit was $900. Billed to my insurance..and it does make a differance when you have a co-pay

Be careful,i was bullied by Jacqueline Parker<NP nurse practitioner, i was order into a private room,my Nurse Parker over a dispute of them again not having any of my records, already spent 4 hours and wasted weeks of non treatment, i thought she was going to hit me.She had no business to attacked me without anybody else in the room, she didn't want any witnesses.

Amazing Practice... Awesome Doctors.. Out Of This World Patient Care.. Great Clean Atmosphere.. Great Call Center..
