Dr. Allison is a patient, kind caring physician. She listens to your issues, evaluates your condition, and explains, in detail what your options are. Somehow I always feel better whenever I see her. Her calm demeanor lessens the anxiety associated with your problems. I highly recommend her services weather or not you have a severe problem like I do, or a minor issue as my wife did.

I brought my mom in to see Dr. DeWaters, and the entire experience was extremely frustrating. First off, the receptionist was unprofessional and disorganized. My mom had to wait 30 minutes after her scheduled appointment, only to hear laughter and chatter from the back, making it seem like there was a party going on while patients were waiting. When my mom was finally seen, it felt like the specialist had no idea what was happening. They took an unnecessary X-ray, then proceeded to repeatedly touch the mass on her foot, eventually diagnosing it as liquid. She was told she needed an injection, which was incredibly painful, so much so that she almost cried. After the injection, the specialist kept pressing on the mass, saying the swelling would go down in a day or so. Instead, it took over a week for the swelling to subside, and now, two months later, the mass is larger and more noticeable than before the appointment. To make things worse, we’re now stuck with a $900 bill for them completely messing up her foot. Don’t trust the good reviews, I fell for them, and now my mom is worse off than when she came in. This experience was far from professional, and we are more frustrated than when we started. I would definitely not recommend this place.

Dr . DeWaters is the absolute best. She is real and down to earth and her credentials speak for themselves. She gives you her undivided attention and will stay with you for as long as it takes. The staff is kind and caring. Nobody goes to see an orthopedic because they are in good condition. Most people come a little bit scared, and put all their faith in their doctors. I am so happy that she is my doctor and whatever she says I do because I know it is right and I know I will recover.

I need a hip replacement. Nervous about getting one. I did a lot of research on the subject and came up with many questions. After Dr Buxbaum gave me a thorough examination he patiently listened to all my questions and concerns. He answered every question I had in a calm professional way. Doctor Patel, is very kind and caring. He is extremely approachable and listens to everything you have to say. He never tries to rush you. I have, and will continue to recommend people to go see Dr. Patel for any orthopedic issues.

All good--Dr DelGuercio and staff were knowledgeable and efficient. What was aggravating was the communication system ----as I've was leaving for the next appointment I found my car battery was dead. I knew I could not get to the appointment on time. I attempted to get through to the office. It took me an hour (multiple calls) to get to a human. Appointment was at 2:40 and I didn't get to a person till 3:45.

Great team great dr whole process was seemless but except for the shot which did hurt but definitely was needed ! Will look to use your service again if needed
