After a stroke, I went to Advanced Neurologic Rehabilitation (ANR). My first month I was wheelchair bound, but quickly gained strength and balance through the care of their wonderful team of Physical Therapists. I am happy to have been with such a professional group of people. Innovation in their methods taught my body to work in different ways. After 20 months, I am able to walk and on my way to a normal life. The absolute best rehab in Arizona!

Our family has had a great experience with Advanced Neurologic Rehabilitation in Gilbert. Aaron and team have assisted with speech therapy for our Mom with Alzheimer’s. The two ladies at the front desk are so patient and kind. They assist with scheduling and any questions we have. Aaron did a professional job in evaluation and coaching to help our Mom feel comfortable with speech therapy. I would highly recommend them.

All of the staff at ANR are friendly, patient, very professional, caring and want the best for their clients. You are welcomed as you walk in the door and your very qualified therapist is right on time to work with you. The therapists are highly educated and trained. They work with you in a manner that shows they care about you and your progress.

My mom (also my caretaker) we were greeted warmly and told we were free to take a look around the therapy area. We quickly were joined by a PT rep and later an OT rep and given a tour of the facilities. After that visit an eval was scheduled for both. After the eval I'm impressed and looking forward to therapy. Both Sam and Erika knew their stuff, I've started on the home exercises they gave me with the App, and I'm looking forward to finishing the evals and getting to therapy next week.

All therapists are extremely knowledgeable. They make you feel good about being there and no matter how crummy you feel they keep encouraging you to keep on working. Always positive. Love this place and the people.

I suffered a SAH/stroke on March 17, 2024. After being in the hospital for 4 weeks, I was able to stand on my own again and could use a walker. I was recommended to seek outpatient rehab with ANR by my acute care team. I started my therapy on April 12th with a baseline assessment. It was suggested that a program of 5 days a week for both physical and occupational therapy was in order. I went every day and over a few months' time I ditched the walker, then ditched a cane and was "walking" on my own. By early October, I was able to walk well enough to be released from PT and started my own PT workout at the gym. The intensive occupational therapy is producing steady results. Every day I do something new and challenging to strengthen my arm, wrist and hand. I can see slow but steady improvement. I can highly recommend ANR and its staff of therapists. The folks here work as an integrated team and support and encourage every patient that comes through the door. For me it is the best place possible for my recovery.
