Advanced Interventional Pain Management

The Kanis location is a mess. Left there at the end of 2022 and they still don’t have their billing administration in order. Kierra Jackson, who then worked there as a nurse practitioner, gave the impression that she didn’t know what she was doing. They racked up some bogus charges, lost important medical paperwork, switched paperwork from other patients. If dealing with pain isn’t enough, you also have to deal with their unorganized staff. I do not recommend!

Best back doctor I ever had. No pain doing the procedure and was able to cut my pan pills down. The people are awedume

The employees here are really helpful, kind, concerned, and caring. The doctors are very knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. I have been going to AIPM for over 10 years now due to chronic pain, and can't imagine going anywhere else. They have helped me tremendously in managing my pain!

Worst clinic ever I wish I could give zero stars the people here are very rude. I’m assuming they are used to people coming their just to get pain meds so your automatically stereo typed even if you are really in pain especially if your African American well that’s what they make you feel like here. I have a family member who was seen here by Hayley Rosnermanz this young lady was very rude & racist she speaks to patients as if they are children. The whole experience here was just horrible. She’s not only rude in person but by phone as well so this was the first & last time i will be bringing him to this clinic. They must of paid someone for those other reviews or their either family members because there was nothing nice at all about this clinic……I now see why the clinic was so empty hardly any patients. If you don’t like your job find a new career but don’t be rude to the people keeping you employed.

Dr. Stuckey and the entire staff at the surgery center are not only professional, but also kind and sympathetic to their patients and attentive to their needs. And then there’s Kathy, the office angel. That place wouldn’t be the same without her! I highly recommend Dr. Stuckey for any of your pain management needs.

This has been the worst experience in my life time dealing with none caring nurses who Stereotype you of your Color and not the assessment of pain. The manager in two locations which are Texarkana and Hot Springs are very unprofessional and need to be closely watched. I removed myself from this horror. I now have a 5 star pain doctor that cares. Doctors Jacob you should look in to your nurses and their reports when writing information in patient files. My files are not accurate. iPhones never lie. Also your two managers need and new professional training skill classes.

Every one here is nice and pleasant. You don't feel like cattle being pushed through they really take the needed time. I highly recommend this doctor and the staff for pain management. Thank you for helping my husband , we both will return.
